Product homogeneity,sustainable demand,increasing emphasis on user experience and other factors force manufacturers to shift from a single product design and production mode to a system solution mode that provides customers with products and services.Product Service Systems(PSS)has risen from the level of theoretical research to the level of strategic implementation of many enterprises.The design object of PSS includes the complexity of products and services,and its implementation requires enterprises to invest a lot of manpower,material resources and resources,which will bring great transformation pressure to enterprises.This thesis studies PSS design theory theoretically and empirically from the perspective of manufacturing implementation and analysis the reason that the existing PSS theory is not conducive to the the implementation of small and medium-sized manufacturing.Two shortcomings of the existing conceptual design method are concluded from the perspective of macroscopic designer and microscopic scheme design:(1)Designer perspective-the design framework is not universal enough: The existing PSS design framework is not universal to product designers and service designers.Structure scheme is completed by product designers and service scheme is completed by service designers after the preliminary design target classification.Then the system solution is built through combining the structure scheme and service scheme.This kind of relatively independent design framework is easy to generate problems such as redundancy,absence and mutual restriction(2)Scheme design perspective-the applicability of the design method is insufficient: most of the existing PSS design models are driven by customer demand to propose new system solutions.However,the utilization of existing resources and the law of gradual development of enterprises is always ignored,which makes it difficult for enterprises to directly implement the PSS design scheme.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis studies the evolutionary design method from product to PSS from three aspects: design theoretical framework,scheme design model and scheme evaluation method.1.Aiming at the universality of the design theoretical framework,this thesis analyzes the influence of knowledge exchange on PSS scheme design,and determines that the purpose,background and process of communication have a direct impact on PSS design quality.A design framework of customer value,system performance and system solution is proposed from three aspects: customer demand analysis,design objective transformation and system solution.The flow model of customer value,system performance and system solution is given.This framework provides a general knowledge exchange background and process to product designers and service designers,so as to improve design quality.And knowledge exchange evaluation method is put forward to verify the strengthening effect of this design framework on knowledge exchange between product designers and service designers.2.Aiming at the applicability of the design method,a scheme design method based on the gradual evolution and upgrading of existing products is proposed.On this basis,this thesis proposes an evolutionary design model to solve the problem that PSS scheme deviates from enterprise manufacturing and service capabilities through means of progressive design based on existing product and service modules.PSS modularization method is proposed combining product modularization method based on DFX and service modularization method based on DSM.A ranking model of system performance weight is proposed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.A correlation model between system performance module and product module is proposed based on grey relational degree.The system evolution chain is constructed based on the system performance weight and its correlation with product module and service module.Under the guidance of the system evolution chain,product module and service module are integrated and upgraded spirally in the symbiotic loop of the system for the purpose of satisfying the system performance unit.The operating mechanism of the system symbiotic loop is described from three aspects: product module meets system performance unit,product module and service module meet system performance unit,and product and service module cannot meet system performance unit.3.This thesis proposes to build PSS program evaluation method based on customer acceptance.The deficiencies of existing product and service evaluation methods in PSS program evaluation are analyzed.Customer acceptance is taken as the evaluation criterion of PSS scheme.The program quality of PSS is measured by the perceived change before and after the customer accept the product.Customer acceptance evaluation model is constructed based on customer value,personalized demand characteristics,supply and demand relationship to quantitatively evaluated PSS scheme.
