Research On The Integration Development Of Equipment Manufacturing And Productive Service Industry In Northeast China

As an important department providing production equipment for all sectors of the national economy,the development level and the technical content of products play a very important role in the development of the manufacturing industry and even the whole national economy.Northeast China is an important equipment manufacturing base in China.However,in recent years,due to overcapacity,enterprise relocation,economic benefits decline and other issues,the equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China presents an obvious industrial recession trend,and the development needs to find a breakthrough.Therefore,revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry and exploring the transformation and upgrading path of the equipment manufacturing industry become the primary task in the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base.There are extensive economic and technological links between different industries.The driving force for the transformation and upgradingof the equipment manufacturing industry is not only from the inside of the industry,but also from the outside of the industry.In addition,with the continuous development of economy and technology,the relationship between industrial form and industry is also changing,which also provides a new opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.In this context,producer service industry,which has the most frequent interaction with equipment manufacturing industry,has gradually attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad because of its high knowledge and high-tech industrial characteristics.Theoretical research shows that the integrated development of producer services and equipment manufacturing industry is the realization path for equipment manufacturing industry to resolve excess capacity and improve the level of technological innovation and informatization.In order to achieve industrial revitalization in Northeast China,it is an important means to develop service-oriented equipment manufacturing industry through industrial integration.Aiming at the lack of existing research on the integration of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry,this paper uses the data of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry in Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Northeast China from 2005 to 2017 to measure the degree of coupling and coordination between industries,and compares and analyzes the industry and regional differences of industrial integration efficiency and mode,and uses DEA Malmquist index model and the empirical analysis Var vector autore gressive model measures the effect of the integration of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry,and mainly draws the following four conclusions:first,the stability of the development of the industry itself and the balance of the development speed between industries affect the level of industrial integration;the development speed of the two industries in Northeast China is unbalanced,and the coupling coordination presents the multi-stage characteristics of first rising and then falling;second,the equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry have the same characteristics The difference between the sub sectors of the business and the industry affects the advanced nature of the fusion structure.The industrial convergence of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and Yangtze River Delta is mainly transferred from the traditional producer services to the modern producer services,while the integration of the northeast equipment manufacturing industry and the traditional producer services is declining.The integration with the modern producer services needs to be improved.Third,the modern producer services industry with high end of the industrial chain In order to realize the transition of integration mode,the traditional producer services integration in Northeast China should speed up the transition to fluctuation related type,and the modern producer services integration should speed up the transition to service feedback type;fourth,the integration of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry has a significant impact on the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,but due to the lack of industrial integration in Northeast China The integration is in the primary stage,which leads to the fluctuation effect of the two industry integration on the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions to reduce the degree of integration and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Northeast China.
