The whole content of this study can be divided into two parts.The first part is the research on the construction of the information collection and management system of industrial heritage in China;the second part is the construction of the information collection,information management system and BIM information model based on the three levels of the system which take the national,urban and industrial heritage protection units.And related analytical applications for practical research.The first part,first of all,sufficiently summarizes the relevant research of predecessors at home and abroad,and discusses the status quo of China's industrial heritage research and existing problems,based on these practical problems,put forward the necessity of establishing "China's industrial heritage information collection and management system".Then,the system is constructed and studied,including "Country level","City level" and "Heritage level".The purpose of "Country level" at present is mainly to coordinate the achievements of various departments,institutions,regions and scholars in the country,and to interpret the overall situation of China's industrial heritage research;the purpose of "City level" is to formulate standardized "census table" and corresponding "census information management system" for the future of China's industrial heritage special census.The purpose of "Heritage level" is to establish a comprehensive information collection and management standard for industrial heritage conservation units,and explore the application of GIS and BIM technology in protection.The second part,first of all,based on the "Country level" of the current national industrial heritage research results for information collection,the establishment of the "national industrial heritage information management system",and the national industrial heritage administrative areas,space-time,industry,protection,reuse and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis,revealing China's industrial heritage.The overall appearance of the product.Then,based on the "City level " to survey the industrial heritage in Tianjin,and establish the "Tianjin Industrial Heritage Census Information Management System",based on GIS technology to study the basic situation of Tianjin industrial heritage,reuse potential and industrial heritage corridor planning.Then,based on the "Heritage level" to the Beiyang Shipyard Dagu Dock information Heritage level of comprehensive investigation,and established the "Beiyang Shipyard Dagu Dock professional information management system",and based on GIS technology Dagu dock historical pattern evolution,value evaluation,etc.were studied,and the protection planning was prepared.Finally,based on the "Heritage level",the BIM information acquisition and management of the marine machinery workshop,dock and equipment are studied.Based on the Revit software,the Revit SDK and C++ language,the "building heritage repair management software" is developed and applied to the damage information management of the marine machinery workshop repair design.
