| With the advent of anti-reduction and non-resistance times,more antibiotic substitutes are being used in animal feed.Currently,when the diets are processed using ordinary feed processing technology,the loss rate is higher due to the heat-sensitive properties of antibiotic substitutes,Ordinary feed processing technology can not solve the contradiction between feed gelatinization degree and retention of heat-sensitive feed raw material,therefore,we put forward high-efficiency conditioining and pelleted by low-temperature feed processing technology,The process will first add no heat-sensitive ingredients and feed additives to the mixed feed,which were conditioned by high temperature,and then added heat-sensitive materials by low-temperature pelleted.This study mainly studied the effects of macro raw material conditioning and processing parameters of low-temperature pelleted,and the effect of processing technology on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,and blood parameters of growing-finishing pigs.The result is as follows:(1)Study on the effect of conditioning on macro raw materials: The main study is the comparative study of the effect of two-layer conditioner,three-layer conditioner,tempering retainer and long-term ripening on the quality of bulk raw materials.The results showed that the degree of gelatinization of the long-term aging conditioner was 25.90%,which was significantly higher than that of the double-layer conditioner group(18.79%)(P<0.05),and that of the modifier cage and three-layer conditioner.There was no significant difference in the mass group(P>0.05).From the RVA curve of the quenched and tempered material,it can be seen that the final viscosity of the powder after conditioning of the long-term aging conditioner is lower,indicating that the sample has a higher gelatinization degree.Conclusion: The effect of conditioners on bulk raw materials is: three-layer conditioner> long-term aging conditioner> conditioning conditioner> double-layer conditioner,considering the energy consumption of the four conditioners,the convenience of operation and the degree of maturation of the raw material are considered.It is recommended that the long-acting maturation conditioner be used in the high-efficiency tempering and low-temperature granulation process.(2)Study on the effect of processing parameters of pelletized on the feed quality.Using ordinary feed processing technology as a control,study the low temperature granulation tempering temperature(50,55,60 and 65 °C)and length-diameter ratio(6:1,8:1,and 10:1)for feed quality,processing energy consumption.The results showed that the starch gelatinization degree and particle hardness of the control group were significantly lower than that of the high-temperature refining granulated livestock and poultry feed processing group(P<0.05)when the aspect ratio of the die hole was 6:1;The retention rate of lactic acid bacteria in the 50°C group was 73.65%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(45.76%)(P<0.05).When the aspect ratio of the die hole was 8:1,the gelatinization degree of the control group was significantly lower than that of the high-temperature quenching and tempering,the retention rate of lactic acid bacteria in each treatment group had no significant difference(P>0.05);when the aspect ratio of die hole was 10:1,the gelatinization degree of starch in the control group was significant lower than that of low temperature granulation group(P<0.05),the retention rate of lactic acid bacteria in the 50°C group was 33.77%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(28.52%)(P<0.05).From the analysis of the two-factor results,the retention ratio of lactic acid bacteria was significantly higher in the 6:1 aspect ratio than in the 8:1 and 10:1 groups(P<0.05),and the electricity consumption per ton of material was significantly lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the new processing and common processing on feed quality.The pellet forming rate is above 96%,the pellet durability index is over 95%,and the retention rate of lactic acid bacteria is 59.42%,it is recommended that the low-temperature granulation tempering is 55~60°C,and the length-diameter ratio is 6:1.(3)The effect of low-temperature granulation process and vitamin supplementation on the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs.The normal livestock and poultry feed processing technology was used as a control.The formula was supplemented with a normal dose of vitamin A(growth: 350 mg/kg,fattening period: 200 mg/kg).The test group was treated with high-efficiency tempering and low-temperature granulation technology.The amount of vitamins added was A,B(growth phase 280 mg/kg,fattening period 160 mg/kg)and C(growth phase 210 mg/kg,fattening phase 120 mg/kg),study different feed processing technology and vitamin addition amount on feed quality and growth performance on finishing pigs.The results showed that the hardness and starch gelatinization degree of the high-temperature refining and low-temperature granulation process were significantly higher than that of the ordinary process group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein and dry matter of the high-temperature quenching and low-temperature granulation process group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary process group.In the process group,the weight of growing pigs in the high-temperature refining low-temperature granulation process group was higher than that of the ordinary process group(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was slightly lower than that of the ordinary process group,but there was no significant in difference(P>0.05).The finishing phase of finishing pigs in the granulation process group was higher than that of the ordinary processing group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).When the amount of vitamin added was B,the apparent digestibility of crude protein and dry matter in the diet was significantly higher than that in the groups A and C(P<0.05).There was no significant effect of different amounts of vitamin added on the growth performance of the growing-finishing pigs.P>0.05).Conclusion: The diets are processed by high-efficiency conditioning and low-temperature granulation process to reduce the amount of vitamin 20% added in the formula.There is no significant difference between the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs and ordinary livestock and poultry feed processing technology groups,and the quality of pelleted feeds and the appearance of nutrients are apparent.The digestibility is better than the ordinary livestock and poultry feed processing technology group.(4)The effect of low-temperature granulation process with high-quality refining and the influence of the addition of lactic acid bacteria on the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs.The control group used ordinary livestock and poultry feed processing technology,and the experimental group adopted high-efficiency tempering and low-temperature granulation technology.The experimental diet was added with lactic acid bacteria based on the basal diet formula,and the added amount was(0 mg/kg;100 mg/kg).The effects of different feed processing techniques and the amount of lactic acid bacteria added on the quality of pelleted feed and the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs were studied.The results showed that the retention rate of lactic acid bacteria in the high-temperature-tempered low-temperature granulation process group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary livestock and poultry feed processing group(P<0.05).Adding lactic acid bacteria to the diet can significantly improve the growth.Finishing weight(P<0.05),weight-to-weight ratio(P<0.05);In growth and fattening period,when lactobacillus was added at 100 mg/kg,ADG of high-temperature quenching granulation process group was significantly higher than the ordinary group(P<0.05),the number of lactic acid bacteria colonies in the stomach chyme was significantly higher than that in the ordinary livestock and poultry feed processing group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Adding lactic acid bacteria to the diet can improve the growth performance of growing pigs.Feed was pelleted by effect of high-efficiency condition and low-temperature pelleted processing technology,starch gelatinization,retention of lactic acid bacteria rate is superior to that of ordinary feed processing.The ADG(708 g)in growing pigs feed high-efficiency condition and low-temperature pelleted processing technology diets was significantly higher than that of the ordinary process group(616 g),an increase of 14.88%,and the feed-to-weight ratio(2.69)was significantly lower than the normal process group(3.05),a decrease of 11.8%,and There is an improvement trend on the loss of intestinal microflora and dripping water.Based on the above research results,it can be concluded that: feed meeted the requirements of feed processing by high-efficiency condition and low-temperature pelleted processing technology.High-efficiency condition and low-temperature pelleted processing technology can effectively improve the retention of heat-sensitive(vitamin,lactic acid bacteria)in diet,improve growth performance of growing and finishing pigs. |
