In the late stage of laying,the egg production rate,feed remuneration,anti-stress ability and egg quality caused by the degradation of the body's physiological functions and weakened metabolism often affect the efficiency of breeding and consumer choice.Eucommia(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv)is a medicinal and edible plant that has the functions of improving animal antioxidant capacity,improving intestinal digestion and absorption,promoting nutrient utilization,improving growth performance,and improving the quality of animal products.The thesis studied the effects of fermentation of Eucommia ulmoides leaf powder and fermented Eucommia ulmoides on the production performance of Roman layer hens and egg quality in the late laying period,and developed a functional eucommia ulmoides feed additive that can be used to improve the economic benefits of the late laying period.The main findings are as follows:1.Using Gram staining,catalase experiment combined with 16 S rDNA sequence analysis,a highly efficient Weissella lactic acid strain(Weissella confusa)I8 was selected from a variety of fermentation products.Using skim milk powder,sucrose and mannitol as protective agents,the resurrection rate of lactic acid bacteria in the inoculum prepared by freeze-drying method was83.85%.Using single factor and orthogonal experiment design,the fermentation time,material-toliquid ratio,inoculum amount,wheat bran content and other fermentation and ingredient parameters were optimized,and the optimal fermentation formula was obtained: wheat bran 40%,soybean meal10%,and inoculum amount 0.30 %,the ratio of material to liquid is 1:0.6,and the fermentation is 7days.Establish a fermentation process for Eucommia leaf powder: picking fresh leaves of Eucommia ulmoides ? curing at 110? ? drying ? crushing ? sieving(5 mm)? adding ingredients and mixing(Eucommia ulmoides leaf powder 500 g/kg,wheat bran 400 g/kg,soybean meal 100 g /kg)? inoculation of fermenting lactic acid bacteria(3 g/kg)? spraying sterilized water(solid-liquid ratio 1:0.6)? mixing ? bagging ? sealing ? fermentation(37 ?,fermentation for 7 days).2.The 56-day feeding test for Roman laying hens using the above process to prepare eucommia fermented feed additives(FEUFA)showed that feeding FEUFA and unfermented eucommia ulmoides leaf powder can increase the laying rate of laying hens,with a rate of 40 g/kg(Fermentation group ?)The feeding amount is the most obvious(p<0.05),and feeding with FEUFA has potential value in extending the production cycle of laying hens.Feeding experiments show that FEUFA can significantly increase serum T-SOD activity,total antioxidant capacity and reduce MDA content.The antioxidant capacity of 40 g/kg(fermentation group ?)is the best,which can effectively enhance the anti-stress ability of chickens.,Delay the aging of laying hens.Feeding FEUFA had no significant effect on the serum protein level(serum total protein,globulin,albumin)and organ index(heart,kidney,stomach,duodenum)of laying hens.3.There was no significant difference in egg yolk color,egg weight,protein height,Hastelloy unit and egg shape index between the Eucommia ulmoides group and the control group during 0-56 d feeding period,but 20 g/kg(fermentation group ?)FEUFA had no significant difference in egg yolk The coloring speed has a better effect of improving.Feeding eucommia ulmoides can effectively reduce the cholesterol content of egg yolk,and both 40 g/kg and 60 g/kg have good effects.Analysis of the expression level of the key gene CYP7A1 in liver cholesterol metabolism(decomposition)showed that the yolk cholesterol-lowering effect of FEUFA is related to liver cholesterol metabolism and transport.4.Feeding FEUFA cocoa can reduce the drip loss and water rate of the chest muscles and leg muscles(p<0.05),increase the protein content of the chest muscles and reduce the content of the chest muscles(p<0.05);among them,60 g/kg of FEUFA can effectively increase the chest muscles The content of total and essential amino acids can well improve the quality of chicken in the later stage of laying;and feeding 20 g/kg and 40 g/kg of FEUFA can obtain breast muscle with high ?-linolenic acid content(p<0.05),and raise eggs.The commodity value of chickens.The FEUFA prepared by the fermentation of high-efficiency acid-producing lactic acid bacteria is selected.After feeding,it can effectively improve the production performance,anti-stress ability,egg quality and meat quality of the laying hens in the later stage of laying.It is the use of fermented medicinal and edible plant feed additives to extend the laying hens.The utilization cycle of laying eggs and the improvement of economic benefits of laying hens provide new ideas and new ways.
