Therefore,the study of pesticide residue degradation dynamics,through the residue trials data analysis shows that these pesticides in soil,plants and the products of degradation and for safe agricultural production mode of application method put forward reasonable suggestions.Using solid phase extraction,QuEChERS,advanced sample processing technology and a high-throughput,high sensitivity by gas or liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry detection technology combined with the established plant products of pesticide residues rapid screening and confirmatory methods in pesticide residue routine monitoring,risk assessment research and to ensure food safety has certain practical significance.In summary,this paper adopts scientific and rational design in the field experiment of pesticide residues for rice,corn,soybean,cucumber and potato and studied on the pesticide residue dynamics and safety evaluation.It provide a scientific basis for the safe use of pesticides such as dinotefuran,atrazine,dimethomorph though the reliable experimental data obtained the pesticide degradation dynamics and final residues.Meanwhile,a method was established to determine more than 400 kinds of pesticide by MDGC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS technology,the results show that the method is simple,rapid,accurate and high sensitivity.
