Animal drug play a important role in cultivation in order to defend ,cure, animal disease and promote growth and product.But false using or finding more economy benifit, abusing of animal medicine in stock raising exist at large. Inducing residues exist in animal food and impact the healthy of human.So establishiing fast ,efficient method to examine residues is a keystone in food safety. Fast ,efficient method to examine residues is not only advance agriculture economy benefit ,promote farm product to export, but also ensure the health of human,reduce the loss caused by animal drug residu.We summarize the meaning, harm, pre-disposal of examining residues and examining technique inside and outside. The examning technique include GC, HPLC, HPTLC, SFC, CZE and pre-disposal technique include Liquid-Liquid Phase Extraction, Matrix solid-phase dispersion, Supercritical Fluid Extraction, Immunoaffinity chromatography.We recommend the thchnique ang using of UPLC-MS/MS and SPE exhaustively.Sulfonamides is a kind of prevalent animal drug and conventional got-up drug which used in disturbing create of bacteria nucleic acid, so prevent the propagation of bacteria. A ultra performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) for the simultaneous determination of seven commonly used sulfonamide(SA) residues in cow liver has been developed. The meathod opimize the condition of chromatography.Using ACQITY UPLCTMC18 as column(2.1×50mm) with a gradient system of water (containing 0.2% formic acid )-methanol(containing 0.2% formic acid) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.2ml/min;and detect at a wavelength of 254nm. Seven sulfonamides separate well.The meathod also choose the best means of pre-disposal.The drug extracted by ethyl and purified by Waters Oasis MCX pole.The detection limits of 0.02μg/g proved to be much better than the previously reported ones. Average recoveries of seven SAs(spiked at the levels of 0.02,0.05,0.1,0.2μg/g) ranged from 70.6% to 112.5%, with relative standard deviations between 2.6% and 14.3%. The results demonstrated that method is simple, accurate and siutable for the identification and quantification of these sulfonamide residues in cow liver.
