| Aquatic safety has become one of the important topics of social concern.Since fish farming involves many links,including breeding environments,nursery,breeding process to sell,the breeding cycle is very long.The traditional manual information input and guidance is difficult to make effective monitoring.In this study,we start from aquaculture process traceability requirements,focus our research on two aspects.One is multi-source information acquisition and integration.The other is credible traceability data based on role,time and location.The research seeks to use advanced information technology and convenient means to build aquaculture products safe and reliable traceability system,to effectively guarantee the safety of aquatic products.Its aim is to provide technical support for the relevant department traceability,verification when there is a problem with aquatic products quality and safety.Accessing aquatic products breeding multi-source information is the basis of wisdom breeding and scientific decision-making.For smart acquisition of seafood traceability information,this paper studies the aquatic production management,quarantine,marketing and other aspects of the business process.It analyzes the basic situation seafood traceability and mainstream technical means at home and abroad.It uses two-dimensional code technical and mobile technology to design convenient aquatic production process management and traceability system model.It realizes information management to achieve the production process of the fish feed,medicines and other daily use by using smart mobile devices.To credibility problem with fish traceability information,this paper presents a role-based,time-based,position-based three-dimensional and credible traceability spatial data structure.It is based on RT model and the GEO-RT models that proposed to increase a new kind of information management GEO-T-RT model which includes position and time.The model makes spatial information system changes in spatial position information and time information tightly couple to the RT.Giving the time properties to entity behavior,it addes mobile positioning properties to RT roles,thus it can be benefit of the credibility of the data management system of spatial information.Combined with GNSS location services and NNTP network time service,the model can ensure authentic breeding process information and improve the security management process of drugs and feed usage.The model is developed based on the management of aquatic production process traceability and credible data,providing data support for reliable traceability.Following the principles of HACCP,the study builts aquaculture traceability system based on QR codes.Centring on key factors and key points of aquaculture process quality and safety,modeling key aspects of the breeding process traceability information,it proposes traceability system model.Tracing model of rough sets theory is applied to multi-source information fusion aquaculture analysis on incomplete and uncertain data,which eliminates redundancy and compatibility information,extract potentially valuable knowledge rules.It gets the fastest and most simple information fusion algorithm to solve the problem of integration of aquaculture process large data and incomplete information.Using thought of sets and recursive based on two-dimensional code,the retroactive algorithm applies to aquaculture,which also has universal significance of raising animals and plants cultivation.Launching a whole system requirements analysis,design,system architecture design and key technologies,this paper makes an objective analysis and discussion.The study gets research and practices of experimental aquaculture conducted multi-source information on low-level,ground and underwater.Reference data can be used to grow healthy by fusing information on multiple sources which also can be provided more information about the decision support farming and regulatory authorities.Based on B/S architecture and mobile application technology,we developed the traceability system of aquaculture process in line with the pilot enterprises.The aim at management and operation of the traceability system is to promote the standardization of the aquaculture process,and put forward higher requirements for aquaculture environment and aquaculture equipment intelligent operation.Application system uses rough neural network model to analysis those factors which affect the water quality of the environment,including pH value,wind,humidity,weather conditions(sunny,cloudy,cloudy,etc.),pressure,temperature,water temperature,dew point and other factors,predicting the trend of dissolved oxygen,so as to control aerobic equipment,to improve the quality of aquaculture quality.After the implementation of the system,20-30% electricity is saved and cost is reduced.The system runs well in the pilot enterprises.Fish death decreases and production increase.Design and implementation of the system has important practical significance and practical value to promote aquaculture safety traceability mechanism,to protect the safety of aquatic products,to standardized development of the aquaculture industry. |
