With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,trade cooperation between China and other countries has become more and more frequent,and imported animals and animal products have become an important source of animal breeding and national diet in China.With the continuous increase in the number of imports of animals and their products,the risk of epidemics has also increased.In recent years,the inspection and quarantine departments have repeatedly detected swine fever and other diseases from various imported animals.In order to ensure the safety of imported animals and animal products,reduce the risk of epidemic diseases caused by imported animals and their products,so as to reduce the risk of cross-border introduction of epidemic diseases.This paper takes the imported animals and their products at Zhejiang Port as the research object,analyses the whole circulation process of imported animals and their products,adopts the B/S four-tier architecture model,uses the system development technology of HTML(5),CSS(3),ArcGIS API for JavaScript,ECharts,database and so on,and constructs the early warning information system of imported animals and their products based on WebGIS.The main research contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Research on information management of imported animals and their productsAnimals and their products are imported from foreign farms,which have many processes and complicated links.Through analysis and research,this paper divides it into two parts:the process of breeding in producing area and the process of import inspection and quarantine.In the field of information management of origin,we collect and sort out the geographical location of origin,breeding,export,quarantine results of imported animals from the farm over the years,epidemic situation spatial and temporal distribution and other information,and display relevant statistical data on thematic maps.This process is an important basis for relevant users such as pre-inspection veterinarians to comprehensively grasp the information of origin farms and rationally screen alternative farms.In the research of information management of inspection and quarantine work,the paper combs all inspection and quarantine links of imported animals and their products from origin to entry port,collects and processes relevant data,establishes the database of inspection and quarantine information,uses bar charts,polyline charts and other types of charts to statistics the information of inspection and quarantine results,and achieves effective management of inspection and quarantine work.(2)Design and implement product traceability codingOn the basis of Customs coding and other international coding systems,by analyzing the actual circulation process of imported animals and their products,and according to the design principles of integrity,simplicity and extensibility of traceability coding,the origin coding,species coding and circulation coding of animals and their products are designed from three aspects:origin information,species and feeding information,circulation and circulation information.Through the complement process,product traceability coding is combined to provide the key technology preparation for the system to realize the map visualization of animal and its product traceability and epidemic disease tracking.(3)Research on product traceability technology based on WebGIS technologyBased on product traceability code and global administrative divisions map,the electronic traceability map is built by using ArcMap tool.The application of HTML,CSS,ArcGIS API for JavaScript,ECharts,databases and other Internet information technology,build WebGIS technology product traceability platform.The platform uses two-dimensional code as the carrier of information.Users use mobile terminal to scan or input traceable code in traceability function module.After a series of decoding processes,the system provides detailed traceable information for animals or animal products to users.Visualization of trajectories and transportation modes between key nodes in circulation can be realized,and more intuitive and transparent entry process can be displayed,which can effectively track animal and epidemic sources.(4)Research on epidemic Early Warning based on GIS technologyAfter determining the epidemic spot,the epidemic area and threatened area are divided according to GIS buffer space analysis method and the relevant technical specifications of the Ministry of Agriculture.Based on this,the alternative farms are screened to realize the real-time monitoring of the epidemic situation of farms.The epidemic situation of farms is marked on the map with different colors,which serves as a warning for pre-quarantine veterinarians and relevant inspection and quarantine personnel.Through the above research,we hope to provide technical support for the informationization of inspection and quarantine work and the accurate and effective early warning of imported animals and animal products.It is of great significance to strengthen information exchange and resource sharing among departments and to ensure the safety of animal husbandry,ecology and public health in China.
