The growth,development and reproduction of livestock and poultry are not only influenced by factors such as heredity and nutrition,but also the environment of livestock and poultry breeding.Good breeding environment of livestock and poultry can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of livestock and poultry diseases,and promote the healthy and rapid growth of livestock and poultry.China is a large country of livestock farming and consumption.Since 1985,the egg production in China has always been ranked first in the world.And the total output of meat in 2013 has reached 85.36 million tons,which accounted for 29%of the world's total output of meat.With the rise and development of intensive high density cultivation technology,the livestock and poultry farming model in China has gradually changed from free-range and low-level artificial cultivation to the scientific,large-scale and mechanized farming.At present,the environmental monitoring technology and intelligent decision-making methods of livestock and poultry facilities are lagging behind,and the informatization of livestock and poultry facilities is still weak.The main difficulty is that the microclimate parameters of livestock and poultry facilities are easily affected by many factors,such as biology,climate and human production activities,and have the characteristics of time-varying,nonlinear,multi variable coupling and so on.Therefore,the advanced information technology research is urgent to use to explore the theory and method of environmental monitoring of livestock and poultry facilities,which to achieve precision control of livestock and poultry facilities breeding microclimate environment and prevent livestock farming environment deterioration.Only in this way,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to prevent the deterioration of livestock and poultry breeding environment,and to improve the management level of scientific management of livestock and poultry breeding.This paper aims at the above problems,taking the key environmental parameters of livestock and poultry breeding as the research object,using signal processing technology,intelligent calculation and machine learning technology to study the monitoring methods of livestock and poultry breeding environment,which are as follows:1.Study on on the influence mechanism of livestock and poultry breeding environment on livestock and poultry.The influence mechanism of livestock and poultry environmental factors on the health and production performance of livestock and poultry was deeply analyzed through the investigation and survey with the breeding technicians and experts of livestock and poultry breeding.The relationship between environmental factors of livestock and poultry farming was explored.The domestic and foreign existing livestock and poultry environmental detection technology and monitoring sensor selection principles were studied in this paper.2.Study on pretreatment methods for environmental data of livestock and poultry facilities.The simple and practical linear interpolation method are used to repair the environmental data.The abnormal data was eliminated by Pauta criterion.Based on the theory and method of wavelet transform and multi-resolution analysis,the method of feature extraction and noise reduction of livestock and poultry facilities based on improved wavelet threshold denoising method was studied.3.Study on multi-source data fusion method for livestock and poultry breeding environment.Firstly,the multi-point monitoring of the environment of livestock and poultry facilities was carried out.Then,the improved adaptive batch estimation algorithm was used to batch data fusion of the single environmental factor data.Lastly,The D-S evidence theory algorithm is applied to integrate the key environmental factors data,and the environment condition of livestock and poultry facilities is accurately judged according to the fusion results.4.Study on environmental suitability evaluation and prediction of livestock and poultry facilities.For the relationship bet.^ween multi-factor coupling of livestock and poultry facilities is complicated,which is difficult to make reasonable and accurate evaluation on the suitability of breeding environment.The improved cuckoo search algorithm was used to optimize neural network to construct facilities breeding livestock and poultry suitability evaluation model,with the key environmental factors of livestock and poultry breeding as the model's input.This model can achieve the implementation of appropriate evaluation of livestock and poultry breeding environment.5.Study on distributed intelligent monitoring system for livestock and poultry breeding environment.The self-defining data frames and function codes based on RS-485 bus communication protocol was implemented,which could realize blocking and intelligent management of access sensors.The system hardware included the environmental sensors of livestock and poultry facilities,data collector,RS485-GPRS gateway,remote monitoring center,and so on.The software included data acquisition,environmental management of livestock and poultry facilities,information release and other functional modules.
