significant.Conclusion1.The control group,radiofrequency ablation and surgical residue 10%group ultrasonic blood flow classification associated with angiogenesis factor VEGF,MMP-9 mRNA and protein expression was positively correlated with HIF-1 alpha mRNA and protein expression was negatively correlated.2.Radiofrequency ablation group than 10%residual tumor recurrence occurred more often.3.HIF-1 alpha,VEGF,MMP-9 mRNA and protein expression for guiding clinical liver cancer recurrence after radiofrequency ablation has an important value,also can be used as drug interference targets of recurrent liver cancer.
