Therefore,the doctor for treatment,clinical thinking is the most important.Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases as a classic of TCM,inherited so far,what is the core of clinical thinking?This research is to explore this issue and to create a new theory of clinical thinking.Objective:The subject discusses the clinical thinking of Zhang Zhongjing based on "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" from the four dimensions of " Disease,Syndromes,Time and Constitution "and establishes a new theory of clinical thinking based on it.The purpose of this study is to understand and master the intricacies of Zhongjing clinical thinking,to help doctors better understand the classic Chinese medicine literature,to master the clinical thinking of all famous doctors in history,and to learn the treatment methods of specialist diseases.This research is of great significance to the clinical theory and practice of TCM.Methods:This research uses the method of reading the original,literature search and theoretical research to collate,analyze and summarize the related contents of Zhang Zhongjing's clinical thinking in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases".Exploring its connotation from the four dimensions of" Disease,Syndromes,Time and Constitution ",and further putting forward a new theory of TCM clinical thinking,and revealing its specific application in combination with clinical practice.Results:Through the theoretical analysis of Zhang Zhongjing's clinical thinking in "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" in the four dimensions of "Disease,Syndromes,Time and Constitution",the importance of these four dimensions in establishing clinical thinking of TCM was clarified,and the relation of "Four-dimensional TCM therapy" Theory,combined with clinical practice,to reveal its specific application.The definition of traditional Chinese medicine four-dimensional therapies is based on the four dimensions of "Disease,Syndromes,Time and Constitution",that is,Disease,Syndromes,Time,Constitution relationship between the premise,will be disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,time differentiation,constitution differentiation,combined use a new model of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This model of diagnosis and treatment based on disease differentiation as the prerequisite for the diagnosis and treatment of syndrome differentiation features to distinguish time treatment as the reference to distinguish the basis of constitution treatment,which broke through a single
