The Establishment Of Macroscopic Diagnostic Scale For Yang-xu Syndrome

ObjectiveTo establish the macroscopic diagnostic scale for Yang-xu Syndrome,make a preliminary exploration for the diagnostic standard of the scale and explore a new method of standardization of Yang-xu syndrome differentiation.Methods1.The macroscopic diagnostic scale of Yang-xu syndrome was constituted according to literature research,expert consultation,and clinical epidemiological investigation.The re1 iability,validity and practicability of the scale were also evaluated.2.As a preliminary exploration for the diagnostic standard of the scale,the macroscopic quantitative diagnostic standard of Basic syndrome of Yang-xu in common dimension was made by epidemiological investigation and Roc curve analysis.Clinical diagnostic experiments were performed on the standard finally.Results1.The macroscopic diagnostic scale for Yang-xu Syndrome was compiled and proved to have good re1 iability,validity and practicability.2.As a preliminary exploration for the diagnostic standard of the scale,the macroscopic quantitative diagnostic standard of Basic syndrome of Yang-xu in common dimension was made by epidemiological investigation and Roc curve analysis,whose lowest critical value was 52.5.Clinical diagnostic experiment showed that its sensitivity was 97%,specificity was 97%;accuracy was 97%;Youden index was 0.94,positive likelihood ratio was 32.33,negative likelihood ratio was 0.33;Kappa=0.930,t=13.153,P=0.000.Conclusion1.The macroscopic diagnostic scale of Yang-xu syndrome,established through obeying 4 steps of scale construction strictly,could have the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory(TCM),be close to the dialectical thinking of TCM,reflect the main points and features of the multi-level and multi-dimension diagnosis of Yang-xu syndrome in TCM,and can be applied to the study of the Yang-xu syndrome differentiation and standardization.2.As a preliminary exploration for the diagnostic standard of the scale,the macroscopic quantitative diagnostic standard of Basic syndrome of Yang-xu in common dimension has good feasibility,accuracy and clinical practical value by verification of clinical diagnostic experiment.3.The results of this research will offer standardized scale for the Basic syndrome differentiation of Yang-xu in common dimension and methods for standardization study of TCM syndromes.
