| 1.Overview of system reviews on the treatment of ovulation failure infertility by tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation.Object:To reevaluation of system reviews and meta analysis on tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation for ovulation failure infertility.Method:Formulate the inclusion and exclusion criteria,collect the systematic reviews that focused on the treatment of ovulation failure infertility in databases including Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,WanFang Date and VIP Database.The AMSTAR method was used to evaluate the methodology quality of collected reviews,and the GRADE system was used to evaluate the quality of evidence of the main outcome index.The major overview indexes include ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,etc.Results:The study included six articles and the total score was between 4 and 9 points,among which 1 was of high quality,4 of medium quality literature and 1 of low quality literature.The main result shows higher effects in total effective rate,TCM syndrome integral,pregnancy rate,serum FSH level and with less adverse reaction by treating with tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation of Chinese herb for ovulation failure infertility contracts to the western medicine control group.However,the major levels of evidences are low and very low.The main reasons are research limitations,inconsistency,inaccuracy and publication bias.Conclusion:Chinese herb treating ovulation failure infertility by tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation has superiority compared with western medicine.It can be used as a reference for TCM clinicians to treat ovulation failure infertility,but the overall quality of collected reviews is not high,there are lack of clinical trials of large sample,multi center,high quality clinical research is needed.2.Experience summary on ovulation failure infertility based clinical cases.Object:To use the complex network system to summarize professor Ma’s experience on ovulation failure infertility,to guide clinical treatments.Method:Collected 165 clinical outpatients with ovulation failure infertility treated by professor Ma,and 1482 visits totally.Based complex network analysis method,combined with the characteristics of infertile patients,aimed at TCM symptoms and Chinese medicinal hebs,to summary professor Ma’s experience systematically by human-computer coorperation.Results:The network analysis point out that 402 kinds of Chinese herb were involved,The top 30 herbs are divided into three categories,Bushen(40%),Huoxue(23.3%),Liqi(13.3%).The core prescriptions are composed of Cuscuta chinensis,Ligustrum lucidum,Eucommia ulmoides,Fructus schisandrae chinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,radix paeoniae rubra,Radix Achyranthis bidentata and Herba Leonuri.The commonly used medicinal herbs for activating blood circulation are The commonly used medicinal herbs for tonifying kidneyGusuibu-Buguzhi,Huangjing-Shanzhuyu.Conclusion:Professor Ma believes that kidney deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of ovulatory infertility,and blood stasis is an important factor throughout the progress.Clinical treat method of professor Ma on ovulation failure infertility are tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation,benefiting qi for activating blood circulation,warming yang,activating blood circulation,regulate qi and invigorate blood circulation,etc.3.Investigate the mechanism of BuShenHuoXue recipe for ovulation failure infertilityObject:Based on the outcome of Part 3,to investigate the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue recipe by using the network pharmacology method.Method:Retrieve related genes of ovulatory infertility based on OMIM database.Retrieve single herb related genes of Bushen Huoxue recipe based on Batman-TCM database.Classify the 12 Chinese herbs in Bushen Huoxue recipe according to its clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine.Get the related genes of the 12 Chinese herbs of different efficacy by using Venny 2.1 software.Use enrichment analysis to get the main KEGG pathways related with ovulation failure infertilityResults:1.184 disease targets related to ovulatory infertility are predicted,among which 168 drug targets are related to kidney reinforcing drugs,360 drug targets are related to blood activating drugs,and 104 drug targets are related to qi regulating drugs.2.Via network topology value calculation,84 kidney reinforcing drug-disease targets,116 blood activating drug-disease targets,and 54 qi regulating drug-disease targets are obtained.3.Through pathway enrichment analysis,five pathways related to kidney reinforcing drugs are obtained,which are mainly in relationship with human neuromodulation,hormone metabolism,vitamin metabolism and lipid metabolism.12 pathways related to blood activating drug are obtained which are mainly in relationship with human neuromodulation,hormone metabolism,amino acid metabolism,energy regulation and drug metabolism.Three pathways related to qi regulating drugs are obtained which are mainly in relationship with hormone metabolism and vitamin metabolism.4.Network of Bushen Huoxue recipe-efficacy-pharmacological effects_pathways is built.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue recipe may play a role in the treatment of ovulation induced infertility by means of neuroactive ligand receptor and calcium signaling pathway.4.Effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood therapy on the growth and development of offspring of ovulation failure infertility patientsObject:By investigating and analyzing the growth and development index of offspring of ovulation failure infertility patients,to provide evidence for the safety of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation therapy.Method:34 children born from June 2014 to October 2015 that can participate in this study as observation group.According to the 1:2 individual case matching principle,68 children are selected as the control group,who were born in the same period given birth by healthy pregnant women.Results:There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the related indexes of physical and mental development between the observation group and the contrl group.Conclusion:Tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation therapy has no teratogenic effect and no adverse effect on offspring of ovulation failure infertilitypatients. |
