Knowledge Discovery Of Professor Li Kun-yin In Treating Endometriosis And Adenomyosis Based On Attribute Partial Order Theory

ObjectiveEndometriosis and adenomyosis are common gynecological diseases and difficult to treat,which seriously affect the quality of women’s life,and have certain recurrence rate.Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treatment.The inheritance of the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine and the study of academic thoughts are of great significance,and they are the main axes for the advancement of Chinese medicine and theoretical innovation.This article discovers new knowledge through the attribute partial order theory and excavates the clinical experience of Professor Li Kun-yin on the treatment of endometriosis and adenomyosis,to comprehensively summarize and inherit the clinical experience of Professor Li Kun-yin and provide new ideas for the inheritance and promotion of academic thought and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsThe medical records of diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and adenomyosis by Professor Li kun-yin from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were collected.After data standardization,quality control,review and evaluation,a partial sequence analysis database was established and 303 medical records were included.Based on mathematical theory,formal conceptual analysis theory,partial order theory,taking medical record as the object,basic information,concomitant disease,symptom and traditional chinese medicine prescriptions,the attribute partial order structure chart was generated.Through the extraction of the corresponding knowledge rules for discovery,Prof.Li Kun-yin’s diagnosis and treatment regularity of endometriosis and adenomyosis was studied in depth.Results 1.Basic informationThe age of patients with endometriosis is mainly 31-40 years old,followed by 21-30 years old,and finally 41-50 years old.There is a history of adverse pregnancy in all age groups.The age of of patients in adenomyosis records is mainly 41-50 years old and some of them have adverse pregnancy history,followed by 31-40 years old and some of them also have adverse pregnancy history,and finally 21-30 years old,no one has adverse pregnancy history in this age group.2.Concomitant diseasesThe common concomitant diseases in endometriosis are hysteromyoma,pelvic inflammatory disease,adenomyosis,infertility,recurrent abortion,dysmenorrhea.The common concomitant diseases in adenomyosis are hysteromyoma,endometriosis,dysmenorrhea,recurrent abortion and abnormal uterine bleeding.3.SymptomsThe symptoms of endometriosis and adenomyosis diagnosed and treated by Prof.Li Kun-yin are mostly lumbar acid,menstrual blood clots,dark red menstruation,and dysmenorrhea in menstrual period,dark tongue,thin fur,white fur.The most common syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine is kidney deficiency and blood stasis.4.Chinese herbThe first type of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment method for treating endometriosis and adenomyosis by Professor Li Kun-yin is tonifying kidney and
