ObjectiveTo explore the the relation between postmenopausal women osteoporosis fracture system and VDR gene polymorphism and environmental factors.MethodsWe firstly performed a case-control study to assess the role of ten VDR SNPs in the risk of women osteoporosis fracture in a Chinese population.During the time of March 2014 and March 2016,a total of 480 patients with women osteoporosis fracture and 416 healthy controls were collected.Collected relevant data, including age, cultural level, place of residence, marital status, smoking status, alcohol use, physical activity levels, body mass index, eating habits, including dairy products, fish, vegetables, beans and nuts, grains, potato and mixed beans, eggs, caffeine and other food intake status)conditions, such as using the multi-factor logistic regression analysis methods to analyze the environmental factors and the correlation of postmenopausal women appear thin bone fracture.Genotyping of VDR(rs1544410,rs2239181,rs2107301,rs2239179,rs2189480,rs3819545,rs2239186,rs2254210,rs2238136,rs4760648,rs11168287,rS4328262,r S4334089,rs3890733,rs10783219 and rS7299460)was carried out using a 384-well p late format on the sequenom MassARRAY platform(Sequenom,San Diego,USA).lin kage disequilibrium and haplotype analysis were analyzed by SHEsis software. Finally,we adopt the way of chi-square test environment factors and the vitamin D receptor gene interaction relationship between system(VDR)gene polymorphism, explore the interaction between environmental factors and genetic factors,to better understand postmenopausal women osteoporosis fracture system and VDR gene polymorphism and the correlation of environmental factors to offer help.ResultsWe are the first part of the occurrence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal osteoporosis fracture correlation between environmental factors and the single factor analysis of results showed that age, residence, smoking status, body mass index and other factors are closely associated with postmenopausal women osteoporosis fracture, and the results have statistical difference;Cultural degree, marital status, alcohol use, physical activity levels, dietary habits, including dairy products, fish, vegetables, beans and nuts, grains, potato and mixed beans, eggs, caffeine and other food intake status)and so on in the analysis results show that in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis fracture has no obvious correlation;Multi-factor unconditioned logistic regression analysis results showed that bmi is protective factors of osteoporotic fracture among postmenopausal women, the OR value is less than 1;And age, residence, smoking is a risk factor for postmenopausal women osteoporosis fracture. The OR value is greater than 1.we have the second part of the vitamin D receptor gene(VDR)gene polymorphism of 16 loci analysis results showed that compared rs2239179 CC haplotype in TT haplotype and TC haplotype, and postmenopausal women is closely related to the rise in the incidence of osteoporosis fracture.Rs3819545 GG haplotype compared to the AA haplotype and AG haplotype, and postmenopausal women is closely related to the rise in the incidence of osteoporosis fracture.System we draw the conclusion:the vitamin D receptor gene(VDR)rs2239179 and rs3819545 loci gene polymorphism and postmenopausal women is closely related to the increased incidence of osteoporotic fractures. In the third part of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis fracture occurred related environmental factors and genetic factors in the interaction of the test, the result shows:rs2239179 VDR gene loci gene polymorphism with age,and smoking status exist obvious interaction(p<0.05),no obvious correlation with body mass index(p>0.05);rs2239179 VDR gene loci gene polymorphism and age, there is an obvious interaction(p<0.05),and body mass index, and smoking status has no obvious correlation(p>0.05).ConclusionPostmenopausal women is the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures in environmental factors(age, residence, smoking status, and other factors, such as body mass index)and genetic factors(rs2239179 the vitamin D receptor gene and rs3819545 gene polymorphism loci)under the common action.
