background:Osteoporosis is a common disease in the aged people, which seriously jeopardize the health of them. Among the aged people, especially the women during the menopause are easily to catch thedisease. Thus it is vital to research on the disease for finding a way ofcuring or defending this disease.purpose or objective: To acknowledge the BMD and osteoporosisprevalence of the women during the age ranged from45to60. Toinvestigate on the influence from the age, occupation, habit of smoking, habit of drinking, body type, and age of perimenopausal period. Toprovide reference for regional osteoporosis’s preventive action and cure. And improve the bony health condition of women during theperimenopause.Method: Inventory survey. To entirely extract the women of40-65who have come to our hospital to do some physical examination during2014.3to2015.1. To choose the people who accord with the inclusionand exclusion criteria. The questionnaire includes investigation oncommon situation and behaviors related with health. To measure thephysical index such as height, weight. To calculate the body mess index(BMI). To inspect right heel’s BMD with all dry type ultrasonic bonedensity apparatus (SONOST3000). All dry type ultrasonic bone density apparatus mainly depends on ultrasonic’s decaying rate in cancellersbone (BUA), speed of sound(SOS), bone quality index’ s (BQI)relationship with bone density index of cellulous bone. And assess theBMD through the measurement of the above-mentioned parameters. Thenmake statistical analysis with the information using SPSS13.0. Theanalysis of influence factors of osteoporosis applies logistic analysisregression.result: The research has taken in550research objects, and theprevalence of osteoporosis is26.73%. The prevalence of osteopenia is48.55%. Single-factor analysis shows that the age, menopause, times ofbearing, smoking is positively correlated with osteoporosis. HoweverBMI, physical labor and more ingestion of soy foods are negativelycorrelated with osteoporosis. Do logistic analysis.conclusion The age, menopause, times of bearing, smoking ispositively correlated with osteoporosis. However BMI, physical labor andmore ingestion of soy foods are negatively correlated with osteoporosis.women during premenopausal period can prevent osteoporosis byenhancing physical labor, keeping weight, changing the unhealthylifestyle, increasing the ingestion of soy foods.
