The innovative strategies for preventing and treating such disease in urgent requirement.Nowadays,the coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is an alarming health disorder that requires scientific attention to find an effective and safe pharmacological approach to overcome this severe issue.Currently,various treatments are used for this life-threatening disease.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is used to prevent treatment for CHD and angina pectoris,which has attracted extensive attention for its moderate and little side effects.We found additional information about chemical compounds and consistent protein targets,such as the relationship of target compounds in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pathways of compounds,targeted disease,and targeting biological expression networks.As Chinese medicine is mainly orally administered,the parameter of oral bioavailability is one of the most significant pharmacological performances.Low OB values are often one of the major causes of drug candidate compounds that are difficult to continue to develop as a drug.So,we used an effective computer simulation model for predicting OB values.In order to screen out the more useful medical molecular,we set 40% as the inferior limit of OB value.The OB is the primary pharmacokinetic parameter of ADME properties such as distribution,excretion,metabolism,and absorption to refers the verbalized amount of sufficient to produce a percentage of pharmacological effects.We have carried out the transcriptional level of preserved chemical compounds such as ESR1,AR,PTGS2 and so on.We found interesting responses of PTGS2,ESR1,AR and other genes for CHD and Angina Pectoris.The current problems of western therapy in CHD and angina pectoris events have complex symptoms;we need to find a new and effective treatment from the new ideas through the pharmacology.The potential targets 154 were identified,and 86 potential compounds interact with 240 nodes are related targets were screened out for further research.The Radix Salviae is important ingredient present the vital role in this research,the targeted compounds are under below;The(6S)-6-hydroxy-1-methyl-6-methylol-8,9-dihydro-7H-naphtho[8,7-g]benzofuran-10,11-quinone(M37,OB=75.38%,DL=0.45),formyltanshinone(M11,OB=73.44%,DL=0.41),miltionone ?(M31,OB=71.02%,DL=0.43),(6S)-6-(hydroxymethyl)-1,6-dimethyl-8,9-dihydro-7H-naphtho[8,7-g]benzofuran-10,11-dione(M42,OB=65.25%,DL=0.44),prolithospermic acid(M35,OB=64.37%,DL=0.31)target to the cardiovascular diseaseThis two(-)-Isoborneol(M77,OB=86.98%,DL=0.05),Borneol(M78,OB=81.80%,DL=0.05)targeted compounds of ingredient Borneolum Syntheticum are also targeted to CHD and angina pectoris and mental disorders.We found some important compounds from ingredient Caryophylli Flos Strictosamide_qt,such as(M57,OB=76.30%,DL=0.76),eugenol(M51,OB=56.24%,DL=0.03),quercetin(M48,OB=46.43%,DL=0.27),Stigmasterol(M54,OB=43.82%,DL=0.75),1.bis[(2R)-2-ethylhexyl] benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(M55,OB=43.59%,DL=0.34)they target to anti-CHD and angina pectoris.We found most of targeted compound from the ingredient Choerospondiatis Fructus,such as(-)-Dihydroquercetin(M65,OB=60.50%,DL=0.27),naringenin(M67,OB=59.29%,DL=0.21),(-)-catechin(M58,OB=49.67%,DL=0.24)compound are target to nutrition disorder.From Concretio Silicea Bambusae ingredient we found Alpha-D-galactose(M71,OB=47.94%,DL=0.04),shiraiachrome A(M74,OB=22.66%,DL=0.30),shiraiachrome B(M75,OB=20.06%,DL=0.30),D-mannitol(M70,OB=17.73%,DL=0.03)these compounds are target to cardiovascular disease and metabolic disease.It has been stated that some of the biological activities of these active compounds against the CHD and angina pectoris have been reported and highlighting the credibility of our ADME assessment system.The results analysis is explained to us the patterns of action and the biological processes that drugs take to achieve efficacy.Targets,C-T network,and T-D network analysis showed that some of the active compounds are finally found the drug target for the anti-CHD and the angina pectoris pathway were constructed to further dissect the therapeutic multi-pharmacology.Additionally,the targeting genes like PTGS2,ESR1,AR and NOS2,and through the strengthening of the immune system along with the induction of apoptosis and the regulation of lipid metabolism,emerged to have a good therapeutic effect on the disease.In our study,we indicated to mediate vascular inflammation processes has been shown to be a potential therapeutic target for acute coronary syndromes,including Cardiovascular disease,metabolic disease,Nutrition disorder,Mental disorder disease.The different drugs are the same target or different targets mutual and more opportunities to affect the balance of the entire network.Therefore,Chinese traditional medicine therapies are more effective for the Cardiovascular disease,metabolic disease,Nutrition disorder,Mental disorder disease.
