Objective:the purpose of this study was to explore the clinical value of low nitrogen and low calorie nutrition support program in patients with gastric cancer with nutritional risk during post-radical surgery stress. Methods:select 78 cases of patients with gastric cancer radical gastrectomy in Gastrointestinal Surgery of Shan Dong Tumor hospital during 2017.04-2017.12?The eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of admission, that is,traditional calorie parenteral nutrition and low calorie parenteral nutrition group.Nutrition, immunity and blood glucose were measured on the first day before operation and the first to the eighth day after operation, and the incidence of postoperative complications and hospitalization expenses were observedResults:(1)the postoperative blood glucose level, low nitrogen and low calorie group was significantly superior to the traditional nitrogen calorie group, and the difference was statistically significant in the first four days after the operation(2)two groups of patients with postoperative suffer from negative nitrogen balance and patients of two groups with preoperative and postoperative nutritional indexes their differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)there had no statistical significance in immunological indicators between the two groups on the day before surgery and the day after surgery(P>0.05).(4)(4)the postoperative infection rate of low-nitrogen and low-calorie PN group was lower than that of the traditional n-calorie PN group, while there was no statistically significant difference in the number of infections between the two groups.(5)there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative anal discharge time, incision disassembly time and postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:compared with the traditional nitrogen calorie enteral nutrition, low nitrogen and low calorie enteral nutrition is safe and feasible in the short-term application of postoperative stress in gastric cancer patients with preoperative nutritional risk.Low nitrogen and low calorie enteral nutrition program postoperative stress blood glucose level is stable, systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome is low.Low nitrogen and low calorie enteral nutrition can effectively improve postoperative nitrogen balance, improve immune level and shorten peristalsis recovery time.Low nitrogen and low calorie enteral nutrition is worthy of clinical promotion of postoperative stress enteral nutrition support program.
