Objective::1.To evaluate the diagnostic performance and interobserver reliability of breast lesions using shear wave elastography in dynamic mode and static mode.2.To evaluate the diagnostic performance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound on breast lesions.3.To evaluate the diagnostic performance of BI-RADS classification combined with shear wave elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.4.To study the relationship of quantitative measurements between shear wave elastography and CEUS.methods: 1.Assess 170 breast lesions in 170 patients between January 2016 and February 2016.Two doctors measured qualitative and quantitative measurements for each lesion in both static and dynamic modes, then analyzed the interobserver reliability of the two modes and compared the diagnostic value of the two modes.2.Real-time contrastenhanced ultrasound was performed on 129 breast lesions in 129 patients from January 2016 to February 2016.Diagnostic value of quantitative and qualitative measurements was evaluated.3.Shear wave elastography and real-time contrast echocardiography were performed on 129 breast lesions of 129 patients from January 2016 to February 2016.The diagnostic performance of shear wave elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography combined with BI-RADS classification was evaluated.4.Shear wave elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were performed on 129 breast lesions of 129 patients from January 2016 to February 2016.The relationship of quantitative measurements between shear wave elastography and CEUS was evaluated.results::1.The quantitative index of static and dynamic modes of shear wave elastography has good reproducibility. The reproducibility of the qualitative measurement in dynamic mode is higher than in static mode. There is no statistically significant difference between the two modes in quantitative measurements.Quantitative measurements are more effective than qualitative measurements.2.Malignant tumors more common centripetal perfusion, filling defects and thick twisted blood vessels around. The Area and Washout of malignant breast masses are higher than benign lesion.3.BI-RADS combined with shear wave elastography,BI-RADS combined with shear wave elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have good diagnostic performances. The combination of shear wave elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound with BI-RADS has the best diagnostic performance.4.In benign masses,PI,Slope,Area,Washin and Washout are positively correlated with Emax,Emean and SD in static mode.In malignant tumors,MTT were positively correlated with Emax,Emean, and SD;PI,Slope,Area,Washin and Washout were negatively correlated with Emax, and Emean.conclusions:: 1.The quantitative measurements of static and dynamic modes of shear wave elastography has good repeatability and similar diagnostic performance.2.Quantitative measurements of contrastenhanced sonography are better than qualitative characteristics of breast masses.3.The combination of shear wave elastography and contrastenhanced ultrasound with BI-RADS has the best diagnostic efficiency.4.The harder of benign lesion, the bigger the blood volume is,the harder of malignant lesion, the smaller the blood volume is.
