Objective:1.To evaluate the clinical effect of the method of invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness treating the acute attrack stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied heart failure, and to provide a theoretical and clinical basis for doctors using the decoction of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Wuling Powder to treatment of the acute attrack stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied heart failure.2.The academic thoughts of professor zhang xiaoyun were summarized to provide a valuable academic experience for the treatment of many diseases by TCM.Methods:1.Clinical research?1?The clinical research used a design approach of the multi-center,randomized,parallel,controlled,single-blind to randomize the estimated 96 subjects to a control group and a treatment group by a randomized, centrally stratified block.Because of the limited time,89 subjects were actually included. After case inclusion, the case distribution, completion status and baseline level of the three centers were compared to ensure that the distribution of subjects in the three centers was balanced and consistent with the baseline.?2?The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with oral or nasal feeding the decoction of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Wuling Powder on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,100 ml once, three times a day,the total course of treatment was 14 days.the observation point was before treatment, the 7th day of treatment, the 14th day of treatment, three months after discharge.?3?we observed or recorded at relevant time points according to the plan of research:the scores of the subject's symptoms and signs, the classification of cardiac function, the total scores of Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale?MLHFQ?,lung function, pulmonary systolic pressure,six-minute walking test, blood gas analysis and other indicators case.At the end of the study, the data were analyzed and compared with the statistical software SPSS 22.0,and we evaluated the curative effect of the method of invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied heart failure.2.Professor Zhang Xiaoyun's Academic Thoughts?1?Based on the clinical experience of professor zhang xiaoyun and the papers published by professor zhang xiaoyun, this paper making a brief summary of professor zhang xiaoyun's academic thoughts.Result:1.Clinical research?1?Comparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups:treatment advocate the connection between theory and practice;?2?Combination of syndrome differentiation and treatment;?3?Along with the time line, both focus on Chinese and western;?4?Focus on people-oriented;?5?Focus on adjusting the spleen and stomach;?6?Focus on smooth feelings;?7?Precision is the key to medication.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic schedule of Traditional Chinese medicine having the function of invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness in conbination with western medicine and the therapeutic schedule of western medicine could effectively treat chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied heart failure. The method of invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness combined with western medicine for the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied heart failure was more effective than the simple therapeutic schedule of western medicine.2.The method of invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness have a highly safe and positive of effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied heart failure.3.Professor zhang believes that TCM is a very special kind of medicine, which is rooted in the extensive and profound Traditional Chinese culture. It is the understanding and experience of diagnosis and treatment of diseases summarized by the ancient Chinese medical philosophers who spent all their life efforts. It is also the wisdom crystallization of ancient Chinese medical philosophers and the achievement display of national culture. It have the characteristics of profound and wide range,we need to a state of mind of calm and nihilistic and pool wisdom,in order to tracing back to the roots of the source and see its true connotation and removing the disease and removing the pain of patient; In the study of traditional Chinese medicine, professor zhang xiaoyun believes that we should start from details and pay attention to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and at the same time identify the differences between details. On the basis of syndrome differentiation,it emphasizes the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation; In the aspect of syndrome differentiation, the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation should be emphasized; In the aspect of treatment,we should attach importance to the function of spleen and the flourishing of spleen is beneficial to the treatment of diseases and the recovery of later period;Human beings are social, disease is not only a physical adverse reaction, and its generation and development are often affected by society;Because of the complexity of modern society,a lot of people often come on more by"illness affecting the mind"or"the mind affecting illness",so we should pay attention to the regulation of affection in the course of treating diseases, and the main function of liver is dredging and smoothing affection, and the spleen smoothing and nourishing the liver, while taking medication,Professor zhang xiaoyun make good use of XiaoChaihu Tang,XiaoYaoSan,ShenLingBaiZhu Powder to treating various diseases.
