Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as China's native medicine and one of the world's four traditional medicine(TM)s,has a long history of thousands of years,and it is the wisdom crystallization of Chinese nation's struggle with diseases for many years.For thousands of years,in the continuous clinical practice,TCM has accumulated a large number of rich knowledge with regarding to health care and diagnosis-treatment,and gradually formed its own unique medical theoretical system different from conventional Western medicine(CWM),which has made indelible contributions to the health of the Chinese nation and even the people of the world.However,TCM syndrome differentiation,which is difficult to be intelligent,objective and standardized,has become the main bottleneck for TCM to realize modernization and globalization.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to their own health,and then the desire for health knowledge of TCM is more and more strong.In this context,for modern practitioners of TCM,it is also one of the most important and challenging work to systematically sort out and completely preserve the health care and diagnosis knowledge accumulated by the ancestors of TCM,and present it reasonably to those who need knowledge.In view of the above background,this paper attempts to explore the realization of TCM intelligent syndrome differentiation,the visual presentation of TCM health knowledge,and the construction of TCM health service model from the following aspects:1)Partial order structure.Drawing on the knowledge granulation and three decision-making thinking in the field of concept cognitive learning,this part tries to improve the processing tools of TCM knowledge presentation: partial order formal structure,so as to meet the needs of diversified TCM knowledge processing.First,based on the thought of knowledge granulation,we explore the construction of attribute partial order granular structure,so as to improve the efficiency of TCM knowledge processing.Then,using the three decision-making thinking for reference,we study the construction of three-way attribute partial order granular structure,so as to improve the interpretability of TCM knowledge.The research content of partial order formal structure can provide better theoretical and tool support for the presentation of health knowledge in TCM.2)Phenomenological TCM.Based on theories of phenomenology and state,this part tries to explore phenomenological theory of TCM.First,based on phenomenological thinking,we describe the concept of TCM with phenomenological language.Then,drawing on phenomenological theory and mathematical set theory,we describe TCM syndrome differentiation with mathematical language.Finally,based on theory of phenomenological TCM and mathematical description of syndrome differentiation,we establish models of syndrome differentiation and syndrome element pattern identification.The research content of phenomenological TCM theory can provide theoretical and mathematical support for the realization of TCM intelligent syndrome differentiation technology.3)Intelligent syndrome differentiation.Based on methods of soft computing and hard computing in artificial intelligence,this part tries to explore the realization of intelligent syndrome differentiation.First,based on fuzzy set theory,from perspective of individual identification,we explore and realize intelligent syndrome differentiation combining TCM and CWM.Second,using fuzzy recognition method,from perspective of group identification,we explore and realize intelligent syndrome differentiation combining TCM and CWM.Third,we employ methods of machine learning to approximate the mappings between symptoms and syndrome elements.The research content of intelligent syndrome differentiation technology can provide algorithm and technical support for the construction of TCM health service model.4)Knowledge presentation.Based on theory of phenomenological TCM,using tool of partial order structure,this part tries to explore granulation method of TCM knowledge.First,from perspectives of chief symptom,specific disease,and syndrome element,we granulate and visualize knowledge of syndrome differentiation.Second,from perspectives of chief symptoms,specific disease,and syndrome element pattern,we granulate and visualize knowledge of treat methods.Third,from perspectives of decoction,acupuncture,and Chinese patent drug,we granulate and visualize knowledge of formulas.The research content of knowledge presentation can provide data and knowledge support for the realization of health service model.Finally,this paper completes the construction of evidence-based health service model combining TCM and CWM by integrating the research content of partial order structure,phenomenological TCM,intelligent syndrome differentiation,knowledge presentation.On the basis of evidence-based medicine perspective,the health service model can carry out TCM syndrome differentiation with the combination of TCM symptoms and CWM indicators.The health service model constructed in this paper can not only provide reference for the development of TCM-CWM combination evidence-based medicine,but also provide some health guidance services for health preservation and disease treatment of the public.
