Text Mining Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Insomnia Literature Based On Partial-order Structure

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an important part of the excellent culture ofChina; it is the priceless heritage of China. It developed and formed the medical systemgradually in constant medical practice. Text mining of TCM literature is a part ofTCM.With the vigorous development of the western medicine, TCM has received theserious challenges and questions in the trend of times development. So, for better serviceto the human health, promote the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine research,promote the application of modern technology, has become a problem to be solved for theresearchers.The literature database contains huge amounts of text information. Due to the largenumber, the text information is not easy to be used for modern research workers, whichleads to some valuable scientific research information has not been inherited andresearched. It has become a hot issue in the field of literature research with the method ofpartial-order structure for text mining in TCM literature database.Based on the theory of Formal Concept Analysis, we created the partial-orderstructure, constructed background and formed the corresponding partial-order structure fortext mining in the literature. In this paper, we expounded Chinese medicine in thetreatment of insomnia (32), and Chinese medicine which involves ear points in thetreatment of insomnia (11), which from the two angles characteristics of keyword researchand literature text mining in Wangfang dissertations full-text database. The Findings ofresearch include: Huanglian ejiao decoction treatment of insomnia patients with diabetes,"the clinical efficacy of" and "controlled trials" in the literature writing, ear therapycombined with acupuncture point chosen acupuncture point selection.It includes thesummary of famous doctors experience’s, high-frequency research keywords, and uniquekeyword, keywords combination, and the contents of the keyword verification, etc. Inaddition, through the interpretation of the text mining results, further demonstrated thefeasibility and superiority of the method of this research, as well as the method for theapplicability of the modern research of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
