In western novel history of aesthetics,novelists made great contribution to the construction of novel theory.Chinese modern novelists' contribution in the construction of novel theory was also of plenty of success.Long-term since,our academia for novel aesthetics,failed to give sufficient attention to the theory of contemporary novelists.This fact is not commensurate to the great grades many China's contemporary writers get in novel aesthetic.Writers' theory construction based on their own rich creation experience,both for the development of literary creation and construction of literary theory and literary criticism are of important significance.From this sense,the generally despised or neglected of Chinese contemporary writers' novel aesthetic thought by the academia is regretful.In view of this,this thesis tries to make some efforts from this dimension.First of all,taking several contemporary novelists who made great contribution to novel theory as the center,to illustrate the general condition of the novel theory of contemporary Chinese writers,and to make amends for this aspect content ignored in the study of contemporary history of literature.Secondly,taking novelist's novel aesthetic thought as the breakthrough point,to review China's contemporary novelists and their creative activities,to make new evaluation on some important literary phenomenon and fiction,and to expand the research scope of contemporary fiction.Thirdly,detailed examination of the complex relationship between the theory and the creation of further is conducive to exploring the law of literature.Based on the theory of ancient and modem,Chinese and foreign novels,to actively explore how to construct the Chinese characteristic contemporary novel aesthetic theory.The concrete research adopts a combination of case study and group review,in highlighting the main achievements at the same time balancing the beneficial thinking of some other writers.Strive to comprehensively and objectively reflect the contemporary Chinese writer's achievements in novel aesthetic thought.Considering the complexity of the novel aesthetics,in order to view the relative unification,Thesis mainly from the essence of fiction,the aesthetics of novel creation and novel criticism aesthetic dimensions,to investigate novel aesthetic thought of contemporary writers.Due to the concept of "reality" has important effect,so especially taking it as a very important micro viewing angle.The research on novel creation aesthetic is basically from novel aspects of basic elements,such as,the story,characters,language,structure,style.But not limited to it,appropriate adjustments are needed according to the uniqueness of each writer's concept on novel aesthetic.The main content of the paper consists of seven chapters.The first six chapters are respectively about Wang zengqi,Wang Meng,Can Xue,Wang Anyi,Mo Yan,Yan Lianke.Because in contrast,their achievement in the field of novel aesthetic thought is more significant.The last chapter,from the dimension of author group,has carried on the overall investigation.Within groups,both pay attention to the common aesthetic tendency,and to give the necessary attention to the writer's individual differences.In the first chapter,the two dimensions,reality and the tradition,provides an important visual angle to the Wang Zengqi's thought of novel aesthetic.Great attentions are made to Wang Zengqi's contribution in the language aesthetics,structure aesthetics,and style aesthetics of novel.Wang Zengqi also made a big contribution to literature criticism,promoting healthy development of the contemporary Chinese literature.The second chapter thinks highly of Wang Meng's transition role in Chinese contemporary literature.Wang Meng presented great challenges to the traditional realism theory.He thinks that literature is "discovery" and "development" of life,People's "spiritual life" is also a part of life.So,writing a person's inner world,writing the person's psychology feeling,fiction and imagination,gradually have the legitimacy.He explores the way to the multiply art of fiction.The third chapter mainly discusses Can Xue's "new experimental novels" claims.From a person's "reality" of subconscious world,she finds the secret path to her world of art.She didn't go to too much considering what is the art of fiction,But with inside the blind action force of traction,through "automatic writing" works,she arrives at her own idea of the art.The fourth chapter discusses that Wang Anyi's novel concept of "mind world".Her viewpoint of novels' "reality",can be summarized as the relationship between "material and architecture".She questioned the novel to reflect "real",she takes novel as fiction.By means of practical logic,its ultimate goal is to complete the unrealistic art world or said "mind world"construction.So,Wang Anyi usually talks about the "material" and "technical"operation of novel.The fifth chapter is Mo Yan's concept of "as ordinary people writing".His novel aesthetics is on the two basic concepts of "reality","backward"historical imagination and "face" of realistic writing,while holding the unity is a folklore point of view.In order to adapt to the basic orientation of art,he further put forward the "individualized writing","smell novel" concept,and from the story,characters,language,structure,etc,make himself closer to the idea of a novel ideal.Sixth chapter mainly discusses the "illusory and realistic" novel theory of Yan Lianke.The concept of the "real" is his critique of traditional realism,is also a cornerstone of his novel aesthetics.Some "real" in reality,he thought,were covered,there are also some "real" is often mistakenly thought is false.Novel aesthetic thought of Yan Lianke mainly roots from the above two neglected dimensions.In the actual writing,he tends to see the two aspects of "real" twisted together.From "illusory" to "realistic"is the end point to its novel aesthetic,the pursuit of true is still his artistic exploration of the bottom line.The seventh chapter is to review group writers novel aesthetic thought,mainly including the "seeking-roots writers ","vanguard writer","new realism writer","feminism writers",and moral idealists,Zhang Wei and Zhang Chengzhi.Conclusion major change of the idea about contemporary fiction elements,discussing the relationship between the change in viewpoint of literary "reality" and the evolution of novel aesthetic thought,and made a general evaluation on Chinese contemporary novel aesthetic thought.In conclusion,suggestions are proposed,for the further development of Chinese contemporary novel aesthetics and theory construction of novel.
