As the carriers and the witnesses of human civilization,the open-air cultural relics have the unique historical value,cultural value and economic value.Open-air cultural relics with the deterioration of the health situation have suffered from natural erosion and man-made destruction for a long time.The effective health risks assessment of cultural relics is the foundation to preserve the cultural heritage value and extend their lives.The Internet of Things technology widely applied in the field of cultural relics preservation has provided the data to support for the health assessment and intelligent management of cultural relics.The health risks assessment of cultural relics has become a new research hotspot of the preservation.The conservation departments and protection experts have realized the importance of health preservation of cultural relics.Prior to the application of the Internet of things technology,cultural relics health risks were determined by the risk assessment mainly based on a large number of physical and chemical experiments and by virtue of the experience of cultural relics experts.These methods have the disadvantages of time consuming,strong subjectivity and long cycle,and there are lack of the systematic,comprehensive and quantitative health risk index assessment of cultural relics.Today,the analysis of the relationship of diseases and preservation environment of cultural relics which were monitored by Internet of things in real time,and systematically studying the heritage health risk assessment method has become the focus of health protection of cultural relics.Firstly,based on the needs of the health management business of Open-air cultural relics,the thesis puts forward the cultural relic management feature model,constructed health risk assessment system of cultural relics based on the Internet of things,and established health risk assessment indexes of stone relics in the open air.Secondly,after the analysises of the monitoring data characteristics of the cultural relics,cultural relics deformation evaluation model based on grey correlation degree and information entropy was designed,the weathering grade evaluation algorithm of the cultural relics based on cloud model was put forward,and health risk assessment method of cultural relics based on the principal component analysis(PCA)and support vector machine(SVM)was proposed.Then,based on the analysis of the delay correlation relationship between diseases and environmental factors of cultural relics,the cultural relics diseases forecasting model based on grey model and neural network is proposed.Finally,the cultural relics health risks management system supporting multi-terminals has been designed and developed.The main innovative research includes:(1)A cultural relics multi-dimensional management feature model is put forward,the health risk management system and the multi-dimension health risk index including ontology,disease,environment and supervising were built.The key environmental impact factors of cultural relics of the disease were determined by analyzing the characteristics of the cultural relics of the health monitoring data.(2)The comprehensive grey correlation between the current state and the historistic state including the worst and the best is calculated.Using the index entropy of diseases as its weight,diseases evaluation model based on the comprehensive grey correlation degree and entropy was designed,to objectively evaluate the deformation diseases of cultural relics compared with its own history states.(3)Cultural relics weathering evaluation algorithm based on cloud model is proposed.At first,the cloud model of different levels of evaluation index of weathering cloud model is built,and then membership degree of the current state of the weathering is calculated.It can evaluate the cultural relics weathering degree qualitatively and quantitatively,not only effectively overcomed the fuzziness,randomness and uncertainty of the disease of weathering,but also avoided the subjective of the experts assessment.(4)Reduced health risk evaluation index dimensionality of cultural relics by means of principal component analysis(PCA),the health risks of cultural relics SVM classification evaluation algorithm was designed,in which the orginal weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and correlation index.This method completed the comprehensive assessment of the cultural relics health risk and degraded the complexity of the evaluation.(5)Based on analyzing the delay coefficient the diseases associated with the key environmental factors using the wavelet analysis method,the cultural relics diseases forecasing model named WGRFM was proposed,which is based on wavelet analysis theory,gery model and radial basis function neural network.According to the cultural relic diseases with small samples,lag and nonstationary properties,this prediction model improves the disease forecast accuracy and provides a new diseases prediction method of the protection of cultural relics.This thesis proposed the evaluation index system of the cultural relics to assess health risks.Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of two comprehensive diseases including deformation and weathering of cultural relics,the approach of PCA-SVM heritage health risk assessment is studied,and WGRFM cultural relic disease prediction model is designed.This thesis provides a feasible method to determine the current cultural health risk level and predict the development trend of cultural relic disease,and provides the basic theory research for the scientific development of cultural relics protection scheme.
