was the driving force of painting.On the one hand,it shows that the elite artists,the style of the courtyard painting is too high to be popular,on the other hand,folk painting is increasingly active,painting became a form of expression popular with the people in the city,anonymous painting also formed a common phenomenon at that time.The number of paintings is very huge,its expression form is not only paper silk scroll,there are murals,printmaking,new year paintings,illustration,etc;the performance includes both the flower,bird,grass and mountain stream,as well as the city people in life,a glance at the world,there are also canons that promote religious precepts,even private sex tips,expression of intimate feelings,etc,to be a mirror of people's tastes.Anonymous painting phenomenon seems to objectively carry the traditional painting thought of "help enlightenment and ethics",in the time of kindness,moral and behavioral norms should not be lost.In the Song and Yuan period,the historical reasons of common anonymous phenomenon of paintings are complicated.For example,many court painters were not signed,the lowly literati painters were not signed,the signature of some paintings was damaged or disappeared in the process of circulating,or in the hierarchical feudal society,folk painters were not signed because of social inferiority and other reasons.Because of Loose religious policy and culture atmosphere in the Song and Yuan period,the number of folk painters increased,became the other big painting creation group relative to the court painters and literati painters.Most of these painters were from the folk,reflect the real life of ordinary people with a strong religious worship and folk psychology in society,the feeling of society may be more pure.Anonymous painting in the Song and Yuan period reflects the social situation,historical situation,folk customs and the aesthetic psychological characteristics and folk customs complex of the painter,become a visual representation to learn the "history of the underclass".The concept of "the history of the upper class and the history of the underclass" in the Western "new cultural history",they consider that history is not just the history of the elite,historians study more than just the thoughts and actions of certain political,and there is a need to focus on the attitudes and anonymous painting in that period,through the discussion of a macroscopic and interpretation of microscopic,to present the full style of anonymous painting in the Song and Yuan period,to explore the anonymous reason,living conditions,aesthetic:orientation and artistic creativity of painters,to understand the iconic meaing and art socialization of anonymous painting from sociology and iconology,and provide valuable visual documentation for the study of ancient culture,the history of science,folk history,it provides valuable visual literature materials for the study of the history of ancient culture,science and folklore.The first part of this study was based on analysis of the social structure,economic status,cultural environment during Song and Yuanperiod,learn the religious universality and wide audience of anonymous painting,present the social function of painting and the generalization of art,it also has some enlightenment to the current painting environment and function effect;second,from image meaning to historical value,anonymous painting shows schema and connotation.Objectively,it is of great importance to study ancient traditional culture,interpret and restore history.In conclusion,this paper study painting anonymous phenomenon from historical reason,image background,themes and patterns,connotation and appearance,trying to tease out the substance beneath the surface,to appreciate the image meaning,historical value,inheritance relation and folk psychology of the phenomenon of anonymous painting,at the same time,understand the vicissitude of the
