With the continuous development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy,the considerations and contests between resources and resources have become the key elements of social processes,which has led to the theoretical self-awareness and in-depth practice of various resources in various fields,ideological and political education is no exception.Cultural resources of ethnic minorities are an important component of ideological and political education resources.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically study the cultural resources of ethnic minorities in ideological and political education.On the one hand,it can provide a new research perspective for the development of ideological and political education discipline theory,further improve the theoretical system of modern ideological and political education,and at the same time,it can also provide a certain theoretical reference for deepening the related theoretical research work in ethnic regions.On the other hand,it is beneficial for people to further establish awareness of ideological and political education resources of ethnic minorities,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,especially the ideological and political education of ethnic minorities,and promote the stability of the country and the development of ethnic regions.The clarification and definition of the basic concepts is the logical prerequisite for systematically discussing and studying a certain theoretical problem.To systematically study ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education,we must first clearly define the series of concepts such as resources,ethnic minority cultural resources,and ideological and political education resources,and define their connotations and extensions.These are the logic premise of elaborating the concept of ethnic cultural resources in ideological and political education.In accordance with this logical thinking,we further believe that the cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education are,in conditions,which are conducive to the realization of the objectives of ideological and political education,can be exploited and used,and constitute the elements of the ideological and political political education are conducive to the deepening of the ideological and political education resource theory of ethnic minorities,which is conducive to the effective implementation of the practice of conducive to the evolving of the logic of self-improvement of resources for the development of ethnic minority ideological and political education.According to the general classification method of resources,from the perspective of classification science,there are two classification methods for ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education:hierarchical classification and parallel classification.In the specific classification of cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education,under the guidance of the principles of systematicity,practicality,and subordination of classification,according to the hierarchical structure of culture,ethnic minority cultural resources of ideological and political education can be divided into four types:ethnic material cultural resources,ethnic spiritual cultural resources,ethnic institutional cultural resources,and ethnic behavior cultural resources.Compared with other ideological and political education,the ethnic minority cultural resources of ideological and political education have their own characteristics and advantages.Specifically,the characteristics of ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education are mainly manifested in the aspects of nationality,inter-ethnicity,coexistence,and fragmented vulnerability.Analyze the advantages of ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education from the aspects of the manifestation,expression,content,generation,and form of resources.The main advantages are the advantages of resource manifestation in life,the popularization of resource expression,the geographical advantages of resource generation,the unique advantages of the resource content,the diversified advantages of resource forms,etc.The function of ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education is the external manifestation of its essence and the centralized disclosure of its existence significance and the important backing of existence value.The so-called ideological and political education function of ethnic minority cultural resources is the inherent properties refers to the role of ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education in the interrelationships among their internal elements,developmental links,and external quality of resources,the practice of resources,and so forth.It is necessary to pay attention to the theoretical regulations,heterogeneous isomorphism law,homogeneity competition law,the law of quality competition,law of orderliness,adaptation to transcendence laws,etc.,in order to make effective use of resources in its utilization.The development of cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education has been unfolding with the deepening of the practice of ideological and political education.The development of cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education is a dynamic process refers to the development of ideological and political education resource based on the needs of ethnic ideological and political education,following certain principles,and excavating minority cultural resources of potential ideological and political education to make it a reality.The resources available for use,or the unknown functions of the cultural resources of ethnic minorities in the existing ideological and political education,can be tapped to give full play to their potential and thus effectively serve the ideological and political education practice.The characteristics of ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education are to some extent regulated the characteristics of their development.In the actual development of cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education,we must follow the principle of maximizing the comprehensive benefits,the principle of unification of systematization and pertinence,the principle of unification of comprehensiveness and regionality,the principle of unification of dynamicness and sustainability,and the principle of unification of scientificity and practicality.Combining with specific practicalities,timely adopts spiritual means,material means,and institutional means to carry out targeted development of ethnic material and cultural resources,ethnic spiritual cultural resources,ethnic institutional cultural resources,and ethnic behavior cultural resources.The core of ideological and political education in the allocation of cultural resources of ethnic minorities concerns how to optimize the structure of the system of resources and effectively bring into play the problem of its integral function.This is an inevitable option under the dual-drive role of internal and external forces in the internal stipulation of ethnic minority cultural resources in ideological and political education and the practical needs of ideological and political education for ethnic minorities.The allocation of cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education must follow the principle of optimizing the structure of resources,the principle of value-added resource value,the principle of systemic coordination,and the principle of sustainable development.In general,the ideological and political education of the ethnic minority cultural resources is mainly configured under the market-led exchange configuration and the government-led overall allocation.In the specific configuration,we should do the the allocation of resources of the same kind,allocation of similar resources,and comprehensive cross-allocation according to the needs of ideological and political education practice,in order to exert the overall function of the resource system in ideological and political education.The purpose of the development and allocation of cultural resources for ethnic minorities in ideological and political education is to rationalize the use of minority cultural resources in ideological and political education.In its use,it is necessary to follow the principle of combining political direction,the principle of combining national customs,and the principle of the combining development of laws.We must face up to the constraints of the use of unbalanced distribution of the main body,lack of capacity for use of the main body,low level of resource integration,and relative shortage of total resources,and from the perspective of strengthening the awareness of the subject to improve the overall quality,to build a shared platform to ensure the supply of resources,improve the use of mechanisms to ensure comprehensive utilization,the association of theory and practice in conjunction with the concatenation of internalization and externalization and other aspects,to achieve all the value and significance of development.
