Traditional culture of minority nationality is referred to as multi—layer culture and it retains in the minority nationality with its stability in the process of historical development. It includes concepts of thinking and value orientation, moral life and manners and customs, Institutions and habits and religious faith, etc. It is the important foundation for minority nationality groups to survive and develop. In the meantime, it is the special cultural factors that each minority nationality differs from any other minority nationality. There are several main types such as customs of life, ritual of life, heritage of folk and adoring faith. Distinct characteristics of nationality and evident characteristics of region prominent diversity and polyphyletic fusion in culture of minority nationality are in the traditional culture of minority nationality. Moral education is referred to as one kind of education that certain moral standard and requirement adored by one society are transformed into individual education. In minority nationality region, traditional culture of minority nationality has close relationship with its moral education, both promote and develop mutually. On the one hand, moral education selects, inherits and innovates traditional culture. On the other hand, it takes traditional culture as its content; it absorbs nutrition it needs from enriching and developing traditional culture. Moral education plays its role of transferring itself, conserves and develops essence in the traditional culture of minority nationality. It is intended to promote deposit of traditional culture and make traditional culture reborn and inherit.Resources of moral education are referred to as actual and potential factors that can bring about positive influence to ideological and ethical standard of educatees applied in the process of moral education. There are abundant resources of moral education in the traditional culture of minority nationality. Development and usage on it offers help in enhancing actual effect and providing strength of moral quality in constructing harmonious society. The theory of the unity of knowing and doing in ancient China and Tao Xingzhi's life education theory and related theory in Marxism and Mao Zedong's moral education thought and content of moral education in theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics provide theoretical foundation in making full use of and exploiting resources of moral education in traditional culture of minority nationality. Making full use of and exploiting resources of moral education should follow principle of guidance quality and subjectivity, national characters and cosmopolitan characters, succession,innovation and value and Instrument.Making use of and exploiting of resources of moral education in traditional culture of minority nationality is one systematic and dynamic process. It is based on the precondition that school is like battle position, family is the foundation and society is taken as the support platform. Multi- faceted approach should be employed. Mechanism of moral education of combination family, school with society should be established. The circumstances should be exploited and optimized continuously, in this way can the moral education enhance and actual effect of making full use of and exploiting resources of moral education. The school should pat attention to development of school-based curriculum of native moral education and enhance training to teacher resources, improve teachers'capacity of making full use of and exploiting resources of moral education in traditional culture of minority nationality. The practical activity with connotation of traditional culture should be carried out, which is intended to immerse thought of moral education of cultural tradition into course teaching and extracurricular practice activities. This is to create atmosphere of culture minority nationality in school and to enable students to sense extensive and profound feature of thought of moral education of cultural tradition clearly. Families should pay attention to education on traditional family ties and forms of ceremony and etiquette. In the way of education, they should attach importance to their own edification on children by teaching example as well as verbal instructions. The government should step up support extent and inherit and promote traditional culture of minority nationality. Related authorities should strengthen clear up local chronicles and translate and edit popular books and documents. All this is intended to make resources of moral education in traditional culture of minority nationality come into being of social life. The mass medium should be made full use of and excellent works with distinct features of traditional culture of minority nationality should be propagated. Effort to propagate thought of moral education in traditional culture of minority nationality should be increased. Thus, the sound circumstance of social morality can be created. The resources of moral education in traditional culture of minority nationality should be made full use of and exploited, thus, moral education can return to social life. It is helpful to enhance actual effect of moral education and cultivate national spirit. Consequently, moral education can promote progress of social moral and overall development of economic development in minority nationality region.
