Research On Multi-subject Symbiosis Model Of Ethnic Cultural Tourism Community

Research about ethnic tourism involved multiple areas,which has formed distinctive research paradigm.Ethnic culture is a rich cultural treasure,an important factor to attract tourists.Protecting ethnic culture is the foundation for the sustainable development of tourism.The symbiosis of ethnic cultural tourism communities,the development mode,the key of symbiosis,were the main subjects of culture tourism.The win-win national community of tourism and culture of is not only related to the subjects,but also closely related to the relationship between different subjects,and the harmony of different subjects is the first premise of ethnic community tourism development.However,the researches based on ethnic tourism community symbiosis model between different subjects were still rare both at home and abroad.Based on the symbiosis theory,This paper tried to create a very innovative theoretical model of the different relationship between the main body,thus shifted the research perspective from "negative or positive" to "win-win" structure,moreover,to explore multiple symbiosis model of ethnic cultural tourism community.The study of ethnic cultural tourism community symbiosis has important theoretical and practical significance,such as promoting the tourism in ethnic regions,deepening the culture-combination,enhancing the core competition of the ethnic minority areas' tourism,developing the resources rationally,strengthening ability of tourism management,and promoting protection and inheritance of the culture,motivating economic development in ethnic regions,and boosting the ethnic harmony,and so on.With the support of three natural funds,which are " Tourist Flow and Destination Coupling:The Research of the Factors,Model and Mechanism---Case Study on the Six Major Cities Inbound Tourism(41271158)","The Research on Preservation of Local Ethnic Community of Western City:Multiple Identity of Constructivism Study(41271157)." With the guide of sociology,anthropology,economics,tourism theory,based on in-depth interviews and field sampling data,according to the theory and practice.inductive and deductive methods,pattern summary and practice cases,taking the local government,residents,tourism enterprises,and tourists as the main bodies,the author took the symbiotic model of different main bodies as the research subject,analyzed the co-occurrence of national tourism community,explored the symbiosis between different main body variables and symbiotic modes,and discussed some basic problems of ethnic tourism community,provided the thought about sustainable development of tourism in ethnic regions,as well as provided scientific basis to local governments to dealing with their own interests and coordinating all aspects of the relationship.Main questions of the study are:analyzing the significances of the national cultural tourism community symbiosis,reviewing the main theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad;Discussing the symbiotic variables and modes among government-national culture tourism community-residents-business-tourists;Studying the interconnected characteristics and the relationship of government(G),the residents(R),company(C)and tourist visitors(T)(GRCT),based on the symbiosis theory,harmony theory and trust theory,cooperation theory and social exchange theory;Analyzing the different perspectives of the subject the symbiosis between the variables and determining the symbiotic key indicators according to the model of Amos;Calculating the same ethnic community symbiotic degree,coefficient of symbiosis between different subjects and symbiotic correlation degree,and discussing the different types of ethnic cultural tourism community multi-agent symbiosis model.This paper expected the following main conclusions:(1)Through structural equation to verify the ethnic cultural tourism community multi-agent symbiotic variables,the key factors could be found such as "Government Consensus,Residents'Common View,Enterprises Tolerance,and Tourists Sharing".(2)In a certain symbiotic environment,stable symbiotic interface,G-R-C-T has 24 possible symbiotic states.In order to attain the ideal symbiotic mode,subject-object interaction G-R-C-T symbiotic mode,the situation needs to meet to "respect,trust,fairness,altruism,cooperation,communication,and mutual benefit" principles.Symbiotic development cycle can be divided into early stage,development stage and mature stage.(3)In the ethnic tourist community,culture protection and tourism development are closely linked the government and residents,businesses and visitors.National tourism community characteristics of symbiosis between multiple main body of the delta M>0,which indicated the government,residents and enterprise and tourists,had a certain symbiotic relationship;and the extent is a different between different ethnic communities,symbiotic interaction and different agents.(4)Through the empirical analysis on the three national communities,three different symbiotic modes were found.They are the government-led and residents-promoted GRCT symbiotic mode;the residents-driven,enterprises-promoted RCGT symbiotic mode;and scenic-driven and residents-participated CRGT symbiotic mode.In the process of writing this paper,Based on the sampling survey data of the actual government,residents,businesses and visitors and empirical case studies,the author had several main innovations about national culture tourism community G-R-C-T symbiotic model in the following areas:(1)Aimed to the harmonious development of ethnic cultural tourism,the paper put forward the principles of symbiosis,stages of development,the process of determination and other symbiotic modes;Furthermore,constructed the multi-agent GRCT symbiosis symbiotic mode.(2)This paper analyzed the factors that influenced the symbiosis between different subjects,and present the symbiotic key factors based on structural equation.At the same time,the paper not only from macro integration with tourism and culture,but also combined the microscopic government,residents,businesses and tourists in the development of relations,analyzed the factors that influenced the symbiosis between different subjects,and verified by structural equation to get the symbiotic key factors.(3)Innovative quantitative method is introduced to research the symbiotic relationship between in the typical main subjects of the national tourism community.Since It is difficult to quantify qualitative research on analyzing the literature of the national culture community,the relationship between the typical body(government-residents-business-tourists);therefore,based on the degree of symbiosis,symbiotic factor,symbiotic association and other quantitative models,quantitative methods were introduced the first time to research the symbiotic relationship between the typical main body of the national tourism community.(4)Three multi-agent symbiosis model of ethnic cultural tourism community development were put forward.Long-time,in-depth typical investigation of western ethnic communities was carried out as a Tibetan.Through empirical cases,three symbiotic modes were found including government-led and community-promoted GRCT symbiotic mode;residents-driven and enterprises-promoted RCGT symbiotic mode and scenic-driven and resident-participated CRGT symbiotic mode.The research still has much room to select symbiotic factors of typical subject in the ethnic cultural tourism community and improve the questionnaire,which will be the direction of further research.
