Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the patriotic enthusiasm of the people of all ethnic groups in the country,the country's prosperous undertakings and the Chinese nation embarked on a new journey of the times this historical background,the cultural and artistic field has also shown great development and prosperity.In the field of fine arts,in these short decades,a large number of important historical themes of art creation has been produced.These works cover a wide range of fine arts such as Chinese painting,oil painting,printmaking,sculpture,etc.Each work has a profound artistic appeal and distinct spirit of the times,and has produced a wide range of social impact.It can be said that these works have an extremely important position and significance in the history of modern Chinese art.At present,from the perspective of major historical art creation in China in recent years,compared with the painting works mainly using oil painting to express revolutionary historical themes in the early days of the founding of new China,more and more works relying on the traditional Chinese painting language are created and show their unique advantages.It can be said that the creation of Chinese paintings with major historical themes,especially figure paintings,occupies a large proportion in the field of historical painting creation today.Take the 2009 "national major historical art creation project" as an example,104 pieces of works were completed in this project,among which 33 pieces were completed in the form of Chinese paintings,nearly 30 of which were mainly figure paintings.So in the course of the development of these decades,how did Chinese figure painting re-engage in the creation of major historical theme art? How does the Chinese figure painting focus on the reality of objective history? How to deal with the relationship between historical truth and artistic reality? What is the ideological core of this theme painting? What is the future direction of the development of painting language?The purpose of this paper is to systematically analyze and sort out the development and current research situation of the creation of Chinese figure paintings with major historical themes since the founding of New China,summarize the internal theme and external language characteristics of Chinese figure paintings with major historical themes,and probe into the process from restoring the truth of history to expressing the truth of history so as to achieve the ultimate goal of art.The core issue of the authenticity of art,so as to further tap the spiritual core and practical significance of the major historical theme of Chinese figure painting creation,in order to try to better construct the theoretical system of Chinese figure painting creation and better guide the creative practice.The first part of this paper mainly combs the development of historical subject painting as carefully and concretely as possible,probes into the meaning of "history" and the definition of the concept of historical subject painting,and discusses the style characteristics and historical evolution of historical subject painting step by step,so as to obtain the historical subject painting.Holistic cognition lays a solid foundation for further research.The second part explores the aesthetic value and the humanistic value of historical painting from a macro perspective,and points out that only by paying close attention to the living conditions and the living conditions of human beings can Chinese figure paintings have humanistic value.In the third part,the development of Chinese figure painting in the 20 th century is discussed,including the transformation from traditional form to modern form,the evolution of formal language,the formation of style and appearance,and the re-involvement of Chinese figure painting in the creation of major historical themes.Then according to the above study to make a "major historical theme of Chinese figure painting" this concept of definition,and then gradually into a more in-depth study of the core of the Chinese ink media in the major historical theme of Chinese figure painting in this issue.And since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,the state has organized two major historical art projects,a detailed exposition.The fourth part of the system elucidating the new historical conditions in the 21 th century,refocusing on the historical subject Chinese figure painting creation of realistic meaning and the importance of using it.At the same time,it dialectically analyzes the prominent problem that regards the creation of figure paintings with major historical themes as a simple illustration of historical events,and puts forward the academic subject of restoring the way in which images record history and remodeling the importance of historical outlook in the contemporary cultural context.Finally,it further explores the relationship between historical truth and real history,and draws the final conclusion that authenticity is crucial to the creation of Chinese figure paintings on major historical subjects.The research of this thesis tries to solve how to improve the technical level and spiritual connotation of historical painting creation;how to correctly understand the relationship between the limitation of historical subject matter and the free expression of the creator;how to use the formal language of traditional Chinese ink and brush to express the "typical image","grand narrative" and "profound theme".And other realistic problems...
