Literary canon and their canonization have always been a focus point in academic research.Although Chinese new poetry has gone through more than a hundred years,it is an unavoidable fact that the value of Chinese new poetry is underestimated and its classical nature is doubtful compared with Chinese ancient poetry with a long history.Especially in the ups and downs of the development of contemporary Chinese literature,the value of new poetry has been questioned and negated by theoretical and non-theoretical factors.For Chinese new poetry with more than a century history,the establishment of modern Chinese new poetry canon and the rationality of their classics have been gradually recognized in recent years.But the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry is still controversial.Therefore,a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry is a supplement to the current study of new poetry.Besides that,it's also a way to defend and prove the value of contemporary Chinese new poetry.In-depth study on the canonization of Chinese new poetry not only examines our recognition and reference to the Chinese traditional poetry and classical tradition,but also has guiding significance for the future development of Chinese new poetry.Consciousness of literary canon is an important force to promote the canonization of Chinese new poetry.Explaining the value composition of classical new poetry and its canonization,together with clarifying the accomplishment of the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry,has laid an important academic presupposition for the study of the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry.Contemporary Chinese new poetry has formed its own unique literary characteristics in the context of its times and culture,which is evidently reflected in its development track,canon generation mechanism and the composition of poetry canon.The generation of new poetry canon is undoubtedly the result of many factors.The literary value and interpretable space of poetry itself,the change of ideology and cultural rights,the value orientation of appreciation and criticism of new poetry and the readers' aesthetic and emotional identification of poetry in different times are all the established rules that trigger and promote the generation of new poetry canon.There is no doubt that the elimination of historical works of new poetry,the introduction of criticism of new poetry,the selection of selected editions of new poetry and the introduction of new poetry education are the basic paths for the generation of contemporary new poetry canon.This also means that the process of canonization of new poetry has some commonalities,which makes it necessary to put the generation and canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry canon on the track of the occurrence and development of contemporary literature as a whole,so as to highlight the overall development of contemporary Chinese new poetry and clarify the commonality of the staged process of canonization of it.Of course,the macroscopical study of the canonization issues of new poetry should ultimately return to the classicality of specific contemporary Chinese poets and their poems.In addition to the common impetus of classics generation,the uniqueness of the established canon in the development of contemporary new poetry is also an important part of the study that can not be ignored.Art evaluation is formed on the basis of personal aesthetic acceptance,but the formation of classics requires the identification of the group and the times.In the study of canonization of new poetry,it seems that it lacks sufficient persuasion to identify which are classics and which are not classics of contemporary new poetry only by means of qualitative analysis,i.e.personal reading and technical analysis or historical verification.Canon are formed by history.Quantitative analysis is needed on the basis of qualitative analysis.Only by combining data analysis,background research,Macro-interpretation and case analysis,can we present the process of acceptance and canonization of contemporary new poetry more objectively and accurately.To clarify what is contemporary Chinese new poetry canon is the basis of realizing the research of contemporary classical new poets and their classical poems,we need to use quantitative analysis and empirical investigation of classical new poetry,which also opens up new research ideas for the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry.The Macro-interpretation of the canonization process of contemporary new poetry must be combined with the personality characteristics of representative classical new poets and their poems,which constitute the complete sequence of the canonization study of contemporary new poetry.As the beginning of the history of contemporary Chinese literature,it is reasonable to make a thorough study of the classical studies of new poetry in 1950-60's.The historical evaluation of poetry in 1950-60's occupies relatively sufficient time and space for interpretation.Under the criteria of literary judgment and writing of literary history in different times,the evaluation of new poetry in 1950-1960 s presents different value dimensions,showing obvious variability and difference.The promotion of the narrative of literary history makes the acceptance and canonization of new poets and their poems,such as Guo Xiaochuan,He Jingzhi and Wen Jie,clear gradually."The Misty Poetry" is one of the most important parts in the classical composition of contemporary Chinese new poetry.It plays an important role in the development of contemporary new poetry in the past 70 years.The literary historicization of "the Misty Poetry" and its entering Chinese textbooks have accelerated the spread and influence of "the Misty Poetry" and their poems.The continuous participation of the new poetry criticism in the naming,rise,development and acceptance of "the Misty Poetry" has made it the core force to promote the rapid canonization of "the Misty Poetry" poets and their poems represented by Bei Dao and Shu Ting.On the one hand,the instant canonization of "the Misty Poetry" brings doubts about the rationality of its naming,on the other hand,it also causes the ambiguity and uncertainty of the boundary of such a traditional concept of literary history,such as the position judgment of the poet Guo Lusheng in the history of Chinese new poetry.In the 1980 s,"the Third Generation" poets resolutely advocated the self-assertion of modern new poems in the rebellion against "the Misty Poetry " poets.Like "the Misty Poetry " poets revolt against the previous inherent and unified poetry writing and aesthetic standards,"the Third Generation" poets promoted the literary process of Chinese new poetry in the new era with their distinctive new poetry concept and creative practices.The new poetry concept of "the Third Generation" poets and the construction of the new poetry concept through the poetry texts undoubtedly become the important promoters of their literary historicization and canonization.Rejuvenating the vitality of new poetry with high pioneering spirit and exploring the aesthetic space of "popular" poetry are the reasons and values for "the Third Generation" poetry to become classical.But it also brings a misunderstanding of the concept of "popular" in the creation of new poetry since the 21 st century.Poetry in the 21 st century is characterized by the popularity of the main body of writing.With the help of new media,the aesthetics of popular poetry is gradually excavated and constructed.While introducing new cultural characteristics to contemporary Chinese new poetry,"Network Poetry" also brings some strange even bad phenomena of poetry.Therefore,it is urgent to call for "deep writing" to recall the "classical consciousness" of new poetry creation,appreciation and criticism in the current cultural context.In-depth interpretation of the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry,besides enhancing the clear understanding of the overall development of contemporary new poetry,it is more important to the discovery and supplement of the overshadowed potential canon new poetry while reflecting on the canonization of some established canon new poetry.This requires that the study of the canonization of contemporary Chinese new poetry should not only objectively present and take into account the objective facts of the classical new poets and their classical poems,but also strive to find the remains of contemporary outstanding poets' poems with a mindset of excavation.
