In the complex and complicated historical context,there are often many forces intersecting and impacting each other.The study on the creative subject of dance drama is the confirmation of the subject position in history as the composer.Looking back to the development process of new China's contemporary dance drama art,we find that since the new era,Shu qiao and Men wenyuan gradually set up two remarkable peaks in the dance drama creation of a large number of practices.In the nearly 20 years of creative process in the new era,Shu qiao gradually eliminated the centrality of literary text in the process of dance drama adaptation and constructed the express system centering on the individual expression of choreographer.In the pursuit of humanistic spirit formed her style of dance drama: think from the standpoint of people,focusing on daily narration,emphasizing the meticulous and in-depth expression of characters' emotions,the narrative ability presented by the unique narrative structure,and the theme of women throughout.But Men wenyuan's dance drama style presents a different look: the use of local folk dance,the lofty spirit of the heroes is created,and the story content with ups and downs is emphasized while pursuing the visual spectacle of the stage,so as to carry forward the national theme,publicize the national spirit and culture and educate the public.It should be said that both Shu qiao and Men wenyuan are the most important choreographers of contemporary Chinese dance drama,the difference between both of them is obvious.However,researches on the specific connotation of the differences,various reasons for the differences and their respective influences on the creation of Chinese dance dramas have attracted less attention from domestic scholars.Therefore,this is not only the research direction of this paper,but also the research innovation of this paper.This thesis takes comparison as the foundation of research methodology,take the dance drama creation of two choreographers as the object of comparative study,observe and compare the ontological characteristics of dance drama creation dynamically,and observe the constraint and restriction force of external environment on artistic production from the perspective of ecology.In the process of studying the two choreographers as each other,deepen the understanding of their creative styles.The research on the common ground is conducive to exploring the common value pursuit of Chinese choreographers and directors,and is one of the important comparability of the rules of dance drama creation.However,this paper focuses on the differences of research objects found in the comparison.By comparing the differences between different research objects,we can find out the new relationship between values and artistic creation,strive to bring new perspectives and new concepts to artistic creation,deepen the understanding of the artistic creation rules of dance drama,and construct a different artistic world.As Chinese dance creation tends to be consistent or homogenous,it is particularly important to study the differences among different dance drama creation subjects.
