Since the 20 th century, the body has become the focus of research that has received widespread attention. With the deepening of people's understanding of the body,it has gradually developed into an important carrier of human culture. As an important carrier of human consciousness, body is characterized by richness, which not only refers to the diversity of biological attributes, but also highlights the basic connotation of human culture. The body has its own way of speaking and design language, and it is like a mirror, which not only can show people's style, but also reflect the changes in people's concept in the current society. The body,as a research focus that causes widespread attention, has developed into an important carrier of human culture. The visual form of the body meets the physical, aesthetic and functional needs of the body through guidance, transmission and memory.Creating through vision belongs to a kind of cognitive behavior. The body can perceive that it is in a new interaction with the world while creating and develop it into a new spiritual level.People can realize that they can grasp the world in a situation with different meaning than before, which is a double variation of the phenomenal subject and the body subject.Merleau Ponty has repeatedly emphasized in his first two books,The Structure of Behavior and Phenomenology of Perception, that his purpose was to explore the relationship between consciousness and nature. In the development process of art design, emotion and design are like two continuous surging trends, providing indispensable support for the orderly development of human creation activities.Body communication in visual transmission design breaks the scope of “vision” and expands to “touch, hearing, smell and taste” until it touches people's emotions.Merleau Ponty's theory of perceptual phenomenology holds that the body is the subject of people's thoughts, and in the process of thinking, technology is gradually produced, which from another angle shows people's ways of grasping the essence of the world and reflects the existence of truth.Body experience is the focus of phenomenology, which mainly studies the various sensations of the body in space.Body behavior is an element of artistic creation. The vitality of behavioral art is more about the body as a medium to directly reflect on itself.Artistic works express profound cultural significance and connotation, and seemingly simple body behavior can arouse our high resonance. There are many types of art that use body language as a carrier for expression, such as dance, sculpture, etc.Literature, art and other disciplines are re-creation through the description of body language, and use this as an opportunity to reveal the living conditions of human beings and give new meaning to human life. The various phenomena in the transmission of body language in design all depend on a premise, that is,the expression of body based on the premise of information appeal.Specifically, the transmission of design is based on a cognitive commonality, that is,the general cognition of the inner emotions, emotional states, and common movements of a certain posture,a certain movement, and a certain scene. The production of design is essentially derived from the needs of the body.In the “sense layer” of body experience and product design, the body's perception process of the product is realized through the contact interaction between the body and the product.Body aesthetics includes the following elements: first, body;second, clothing;third, individual;fourth, society. This paper applies these four elements to daily life and art design, and explores the relationship between fashion, design and body aesthetics from the three elements of clothing, body and individual. At the same time,it combines body with clothing, body shape, style and posture,so as to achieve a more detailed and profound description of body aesthetics and analyze the relevant art design concepts.
