A Research On Industries Innovation System Of Cultural And Creative:Based On Soft Innovation Theory

Cultural&creative industries'(hereinafter called “CCI”)innovation will has a far-reaching significance on improvement of China's independent innovation ability and international competitiveness,as well as a promotion to optimization and upgrading on industrial structure,enterprise structure and product structure.Given the important economic role of this study as well as the lack of theoretical research in this field,researches on INDUSTRIES INNOVATION SYSTEM OF CULTURAL AND CREATIVE: BASED ON SOFT INNOVATION THEORY will both meet the development needs of the times,but also complete the important mission of academic innovation.This thesis on the basis of the existing theory,which started from the soft innovation perspective,took Chinese “CCI”as the research object,followed the logical order as “the theory review--innovation history and present situation--the main body innovation system--the field innovation system--the overall industrial innovation system--innovation index evaluation and optimization strategy”.Discussion on evolution mechanism and influence factors of the “CCI” innovation from the following different aspects:(1)Put forward the concept of the “CCI” innovation system and construct the theoretical framework.For the complex system such as “CCI” innovation system,past researches doesn't answer the question of how to carry out the industrial innovation system construction according to the specific characteristics of the “CCI”.Policy makers rely on what factors to guide the future development on industry innovation,as well as how many stages will the “CCI” innovation system evolve through are also research gaps.In the second chapter,according to the logical order as“the CCI--the CCI innovation--the CCI innovation system”,the past research tree was analysised.Based on the research topic,related concepts were further explanation.Using mapping of science and knowledge visualization software(Citespace3.9.R4),This thesis has drawn the “CCI” research knowledge mapping,summarized the research progress,and reviewed the key words,co-citation etc.in addition,pointed out the direction for future research in the end.(2)Analyze the significance of soft innovation and influence of the “CCI” studies.The OECD Oslo Manuals measure performance of technology and innovation only on the products and production process in the past,which Ignored a number of “Soft Innovation” activities basing on cultural,aesthetic and emotional,restricted the development of the “CCI” innovation.In fact,the fundamental driving force of the “CCI” development is innovation,rather than capital and labor.This kind of innovation not only makes a logical connection with technology and function,but also contains soft innovation which related with human spirit,emotion,cultural and aesthetic experience.The third chapter of this article summarized the “CCI” in concept,significance,forms and methods of measurement on the basis of researching of the soft and hard innovation connotation,characteristic,subject and object,level,influence factors and development model.This is not only to improve the traditional standards of innovation system theory,but also will create innovative research directions of the “CCI”s innovation for the future.(3)Describe the innovation support system on key members of the “CCI”s innovation.Chapters Four and Five of this article analyzed the “CCI” innovation actors' network and the elements of its innovation support system.Detailed data of the three “CCI” projects were collected from the official website of Ministry of Culture,P.R.China,While the function of key members of the “CCI”s innovation in the production,teaching and reseacrch network was described.The central systems,sub-group cohesion and cooperation in “CCI”s innovation network were analyzed by social network analysis tools(Ucinet 6.23).The analysis results showed that the government research institutions and universities played a key role in the network,with information advantage and controlled the application of the entire “CCI” research projects.The ownership distribution policies of intellectual properties and achievements transformation hindered the depth of production,teaching and reseacrch network cooperation.While the enterprise is an important carrier of universities and government research institutions to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical productive power,its innovation contribution to the network will be further improved.(4)Establish the innovation support system on “CCI”s innovation field.Cities are the major activity field of the “CCI”s innovation.With the compatibility between regional development and actual statistics,Chapter Six constructed the “CCI” innovation field's system model according to China's national conditions,on the basis of summaried foreign and domestic cities and its competitiveness evaluation methods.In accordance with reports issued by the authority of the United Nations and China's Statistics Bureau,taking Shanghai as an example,empirical comparison and ranking completed among typical creative cities which were represented by London,New York,Paris,Tokyo,from the material basis,space construction,cultural personality,policy guidance and other 4 major categories of 34 indexes,by using statistical methods of principal component analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis,and so on.This chapter used the Likert seven point scale and geographic information system spatial analysis of Arcgis10.2 software,structural equation model of Amos 17.0 software to carry on the survey and model validation of the “CCI” innovation field's system.Combined with the development experiences of typical cultural and creative cities,proposals according to the Chinese cities' advantages and disadvantages put forward at last.(5)Construct and evaluate Chinese “CCI” innovation,based on the cooperation of hard and soft innovations.Currently researches of the “CCI” innovation system are still based on the finite extension of common industry innovation system theory,it's research methods and analytical framework are not clear yet.Based on complex system theory,industrial organization theory and innovation system theory as a tool,the seventh chapter constructed the innovation system theory model and its measure index of Chinese “CCI” practice,in the summary of the soft and hard innovation connotation,characteristic,subject and object,level,influence factors and the interaction model.Combined with the latest reports of the authority of the United Nations and China's Statistics Bureau,the individual scores and a comprehensive ranking calculated by Spss20.0 on 31 provinces.The problems of the “CCI” innovation highlighted from the international competitiveness comparison of “CCI” products and services,furthermore solutions proposed from six aspects,such as innovation demand,material foundation,cultural personality and so on.The main innovation points of the study are:(1)Based on the need for “CCI” innovation system's construction and development,the thesis explored this advanced research field,and maximized the combination of theoretical research and practice development with the strong demand of social economic development as guidance.Introducing the concept of soft innovation to industry innovation theory for the first time,which is not only an important innovation of the research perspective,but also a modification to the traditional theory and standards of innovation systems,as well as a directional exploration for the future industries innovative research.It will do good to create the “CCI” innovation research on the basis of soft innovation,enrich the basic theories of industrial innovation,and guide the “CCI” innovation practice.(2)This thesis mainly focus on the following questions:(1)What's the innovation connotation,elements and characteristics of “CCI”? What are the similarities and differences between the “CCI” and other industries?(2)From what ways reflect the soft innovation's existence and expandability to the traditional theories of innovation?(3)How is the status of Chinese “CCI” innovation system? What are the opportunities and challenges?(4)How to measure and improve the key members,field and the whole cooperative innovation ability of the “CCI” innovation system?(5)Put forward the policy suggestions on Chinese “CCI” innovation and development.In order to construct the analytical framework of “CCI” innovation system,enrich the basic theories of industrial innovation,and provide a technical support and policy reference for the innovative practice.(3)This thesis adopted normative and empirical research methods based on the theory of soft innovation,innovation systems,knowledge management,social network,consumer demand and industrial structure to analyze innovation model and explore function mechanism of the complex “CCI” innovation system.The effects of soft innovation theory to “CCI” innovation system were discussed in-depth from space construction,personality cultivation,policy guidance and other aspects.This thesis summarized the “CCI” innovation system connotations,characteristics and types on basis of complex systems theory,industrial organization theory,as well as economic growth and behavioral economic theory.Meanwhile,the key members,innovation value chain and innovation field of the “CCI”,namely,from three angles "point","line","net",to build a comprehensive theory of operation mechanism suiting with the “CCI” innovation system features in China.Cross using multidisciplinary research methods and tools,including of cultural management,technology economics,social psychology,economic geography,statistics and other mature subjects theories,as well as structural equation modeling Amos17.0,social network analysis Ucinet6.23,knowledge visualization map Citespace3.9.R4,geographic information systems Arcgis10.2,measurement statistics Spss20.0 softwares,this thesis refined the way of “CCI” innovation system evolution,summarized the difference from general industrial innovation systems and its innovative indexs in six aspects,in order to provide theoretical supports and policy tools for future development of Chinese “CCI” innovation.
