Research On Kant's Value Education Thought Based On "good Life"

The pursuit and Realization of the good life of the people is a realistic subject that must be faced in the education of values.It is a subject closely related to our daily life and an ideal of pursuing the good life.The issues that should be considered in values education should be the most concerned issues in people's daily life.According to Marxist theory,people's pursuit of a good life should be the rational and realistic needs of the development of social productivity to a certain stage.As a limited rational actor,we have different understandings of good life,which must be a universal concept of multiple synthesis.For the discussion of good life,we can't go to nihilism and relativism.Nihilism holds that there is no good life at all,while relativism holds that there are different opinions on the appearance of a good life,and everyone has different understanding of it.Therefore,for a good life,we cannot make a theoretical discussion to define such a concept.However,through the study of Kant's moral theory,the author finds that we can analyze the topic of good life from four dimensions.First of all,a good life must be a moral life.In the evaluation of a good life,we need people who live in it to contribute to the realization of a good life,and have the qualification to enjoy this life when a good life is realized.In other words,the realization of a good life is not imaginary,but requires us to make corresponding efforts.In the process of pursuing and realizing a good life,we need to take morality as our first consideration.This is to provide us with the necessary conditions for a harmonious,stable and lasting life.Through the pursuit of moral purity and the investigation of moral motivation,we will gradually establish a possible moral dimension of good life.Although people at this stage can not reach such a pure moral height,but our good life should pursue such a moral standard,which is the quality condition to ensure that a good life can continue.Secondly,we explore the happiness dimension of a good life.In the happiness dimension of good life,we put forward two kinds of happiness considerations,one is labor happiness,the other is communication happiness.A good life,no matter how it is,must be a society with abundant material resources and free development of the people.If you live in a precarious situation,no one will think about what a good life is.The premise of a good life must be a carefree life of material materials and natural environment.Therefore,people will pursue the development of their own higher spiritual level and the improvement of their ability level.Moreover,in this modern society,the demand for material makes it inevitable for human society to carry out social division of labor to ensure the large-scale and efficient production of material.At the same time,human needs to deal with various complex and global problems.Then,modern society can not achieve a rich and sustainable living state by relying on the power of a single person.Then communication becomes an indispensable link between people and between countries.Therefore,we need to integrate two necessary forms of human social development,namely,labor and communication,to investigate the dimension of good life and happiness.Thirdly,a good life needs to be examined in coordination with aesthetic appreciation.Good life and aesthetic dimension have great similarities.Aesthetic appreciation ability is a kind of subjective judgment ability,in which imagination plays an important role.For aesthetic appreciation,there is no objective judgment,there will not be a clear rule to stipulate that something is beautiful.For beauty,we are more out of a kind of inner feeling,rather than making judgment through the concept of intellectual correspondence.Good life is also a subjective understanding.We will not define a specific good life and set strict and clear standards for a good life.For the discussion of good life,we are also out of a disinterested mind and make a real judgment under the general feeling that can produce pleasure.Therefore,good life and aesthetic dimension are interlinked.We can understand what is good life by understanding what is beauty.Finally,our investigation of the dimension of legal power is actually a supplementary analysis of the dimension of morality.This is also an inevitable dimension guarantee for a good life at this stage.Kant's discussion on the dimension of legal power focuses on how to protect private property.In general,if a person wants to have a good life,he must obtain the material survival data through a legal form like labor.The generation of private property is the representative of maintaining the material survival data.Therefore,Kant's dimension of legal power advocates the maintenance of private property,whose essence is the maintenance of material survival materials.However,Kant believes that individuals do not have absolute strength in maintaining their own private property,so they must rely on the authority of the state to merge themselves into the state public authority.Such a power transfer is to better protect their own private property,so as to achieve a good life.Therefore,the discussion of Kant's four dimensions of moral theory is closely related to the formation of a comprehensive concept of good life,and the discussion of Kant's theory of good life is also the discussion of solving people's concerns about life in the education of values.A good life without any of these dimensions is incomplete and impossible to achieve.We must integrate the four dimensions in the pursuit and Realization of a good life,so as to ensure the possibility of a good life.At the same time,we should pay attention to the dialectical analysis of the limitations and advantages of Kant's moral theory based on the use of Marxist theory.
