Wenyan Zhuan is dedicated to the interpretation of hexagrams Qian and Kun,especially the detailed explanation of self-improvement and management of people of Hexagrams Qian and Kun.About the connotation of the title,the title of Wenyan Zhuan comes from the texture of heaven and earth.Zhouyi contains the texture of heaven and earth and the humanities.The texture of heaven and earth is the image of the creation by heaven and earth,and the humanity is the image of the holy king who follows the way of heaven and manages the people.Wenyan Zhuanuses "Wende" to link up the texture of heaven and earth and humanity,the tao of heaven and earth and humanity."Wende" that is,benevolence,the virtue of Yi-dao.As the origin of the universe,the hexagrams Qian and Kun most intensively embody the moral virtue of Yi-dao and "Wende" that links up heaven and man.Therefore,the article explaining the meaning of the two hexagrams of Qian and Kun is called "Wenyan Zhuan".The generation of Wenyan Zhuan absorbed and integrated the thoughts of various schools,but the mainschool of thought should be attributed to the Confucian Simeng School.The text composition of Wenyan Zhuan is relatively complex,including the interpretation of Yi-study in the early Spring and Autumn Period,which existed before Confucius,as well as the thoughts of Confucius' legacy and Simeng School.The interpretation of the hexagrams Qian and Kun in Wenyan Zhuan follows threefundamental principles:to illustrate the way of heaven from the perspective of humanity;pay the same attention to the inner saint and outer king,morality and work;hexagram Qian is masculine and hexagram Kunis feminine.In the interpretation of the hexagram Qian in Wenyan Zhuan,the focus is not only on oneself,but on everything.The vision of the interpretation of hexagram Qian in Wenyan Zhuan is broad,extended and extended,and it is necessary to cover the whole world.The interpretation of hexagram Kun in Wenyan Zhuan has always focused on the nature and self.In the interpretation of hexagram Kun,the eye is inward and condensed,that is,to see oneself clearly and to gain insight into one's nature.Self-transparency,self-clarity and then applied to external work,but also to achieve a transparent clear work.The image-number systems in Wenyan Zhuan,such as the Zhongzheng theory,the Three-ability theory,the Orthotopic theory and the Chonggang theory,have their own characteristics.The thought of the Tao of Heaven and Earth in Wenyan Zhuan not only describes the biochemical functions of hexagrams Qian and Kun in the generative theory of the universe,but also contains the ontological content of the universe.In terms of cosmology,in the generative theory of Wenyan Zhuan,hexagrams Qian and Kun represents the two functions of the Yi-dao,namely,the creation of the universe,and the formation of the universe.Yuan-heng-li-zhen is the process of the creation of the universe.On the ontological level,the Yi-dao is the noumenon,the hexagram Qian represents the function of creation,and the hexagram Kun represents the function of constancy.The Hexagram Qian can also represent the noumenon because it can dominate the hexagram Kun.The nature of the human being accepted from the hexagram Qian is Yuan,that is,benevolence.The moral noumenon and the universal noumenon are one.In the application of the concept of Yin and Yang,Wenyan Zhuan pay special attention to the elucidations of the master-slave relationship between hexagrams Qian and Kun.Wenyan Zhuan reveals the cosmological thought of the integration of Heaven and Human by the thought of induction of Yin and Yang.In the application of the concept of Yin and Yang,Wenyan Zhuan contains harmony of Yin and Yang,mutual inclusion of Yin and Yang,and transformation of Yin and Yang,and has the tendency of supporting Yang and suppressing Yin.Humanitarianism is the ultimate theoretical goal of Wenyan Zhuan,which involves the theory of mind,values and political philosophy.In terms of the theory of mind,the temperament theory of Wenyan Zhuan takes "Nature" as the nature of all things and "Feeling" as the functional use of Nature.Wenyan Zhuan leads to the relationship of Nature and Feeling through the development and application of the good in the hexagram Qian,which advocates that the Nature is good and the Feeling are also good.The goal of Wenyan Zhuan is to achieve virtue.Yuan-heng-li-zhen put into practice is benevolence,righteousness,propriety and wisdom,which obtained the metaphysical noumenon basis.The image of the dragon represents the movement of the Tao of Heaven,and implies the unity of heaven,earth and Human.The virtue of dragon is the benevolence of the sage."Virtue of Jun " is the virtue of the monarch,adults." Virtue of Tian" is the virtue of Hexagram Qian.In terms of values,Wenyan Zhuan advocates the unification of righteousness and interests,prescribing righteousness and benefiting the promotion of righteousness.In the view of ethics and business,it is believed that virtue is manifested by business,and business is widespread by virtue."Every good deed deserves every celebration" is a typical exposition of the relationship between good and evil of virtue and its blessing and curse.The two main characteristics of the theory of time in Wenyan Zhuan are to move with the time and to move to the time.Wenyan Zhuan as a whole can be regarded as a set of political philosophy,and its ultimate theoretical direction is inner Saint and outer king.At the level of the gentlemanly way,it puts forward the theory of Kung Fu that gives consideration to knowledge and practice,morality and career.The concept of " to appreciate benevolence " is the original creation of Wenyan Zhuan.It means to appreciate the benevolence on the ontological level.The gentleman personally understands benevolence and carries it out,and achieves the cause of governing the world."Withdrawal from the world" holds that when there is no time to come and virtue is not yet accomplished,one should be hidden to improve virtue and wait for the right time."To prevent evil"is self-examination and precaution."Keeping its sincerity"is the preservation of moral noumenon."To prevent evil" on the inside is to make the mind all the right,on the external sideis words have faith andbehave cautiously.Its concrete development is the Kung Fu of "Words have faith,Behave cautiously""faithfulness and sincerity into morality" and "rhetoric to establish its sincerity".Faith is sincerity,not hypocrisy.Faith and prudence are reflected in speech and acts,and they can also be developed through the practice of speech and acts.Loyalty is to help others with all one's heart and soul.It also refers to the moral duty of a servant to the sovereign."Rhetoric to establish its sincerity" means to manifest and support the virtue of honesty through words.The inner way of "knowing to the goal,knowing to the end" is the unity of knowledge and morality."knowing to the goal"is to know the goal of moral cultivation,and to strive to achieve."knowing to the end"is to know that moral cultivation does not come to an end,but to carry it through life.The former focuses on the moral aspect,while the latter focuses on the career aspect.This theoretical model is also embodied in the unity of "Learning to gather and debate " and "broad-minded and practicing benevolence "."Learning to gather and debate " is to advance morality and seek truth;"Broad-minded and practicing benevolence " is to realize and practice.The combination of the two is to advance morality and pursue career."To distinguish virtue" means to distinguish the good and evil attributes of an object at its initial stage."To accumulate virtue" means to choose and persist in doing good things and to accumulate the virtue contained in them.Wenyan Zhuan first regarded "respect" as an important concept of Kung Fu theory.Respect makes the mind faithful,righteousness makes the deed proper.Respect and righteousness both lies within the heart,but there is a difference in the way theywork.Wenyan Zhuan believed that officials should have moral integrity,assist the monarch's cause,and not take credit for it.Wenyan Zhuan believed that the king should be vigorous and upright,benefit all things,inherit the virtues of heaven and earth,and manage and educate the people.The thoughts of the emperor in Wenyan Zhuan are mainly embodied in three aspects:"Unity of nature and humanity","Governing the world" and "Well governed".The thought of "unity of nature and humanity " is the highest value ideal of the unity of heaven and man,which is the existence state of the unity of virtue between subject and Yi-dao.Adults and saints are people in this moralrealm.The sages in Wenyan Zhuan have the distinct character of inner sage and outer king.They contain the virtues of the highest good,at the same time has the great cause of the state.The value ideal of "governing the world"has distinct Confucian characteristics."Taihe"is the ultimate harmonious state of the universe,and "Well governed"is in the realm of"Taihe".In short,the interpretation of the two hexagrams of Qian and Kun in Wenyan Zhuan is an approach to understand the source of value from the change of the tao of Heaven.Qian-yuan is the source of all the morals of human Wenyan Zhuan takes the concept of virtue as the core and aims at moral education and the promotion of career.Through such efforts as "to appreciate benevolence" "to prevent evil and keeping sincerity"and so on,people are able to transfer their knowledge and practice into the moral character of Wende,which developedinto the great cause of peace and security for the people.
