Sientific Party Construction In Non-public Enterprises In Western China

Non-public economy is an important part in developing socialist market economy.Under new situations,non-public enterprises make positive contributions to social harmony and stability,steady economic growth and creation of employments.The party construction in non-public enterprises is an important component of the party construction.The improvement of scientific party construction requires exceptional performance in party construction in non-public enterprisesBased on the case study of Yulin,Guangxi,the dissertation makes a monographic research on scientific party construction in non-public enterprises in western China.The dissertation consists of an introduction and five chapters.The introduction explains the reasons for choosing the topic by analyzing the importance of strengthening party construction of non-public sectors of economy.It reviews related researches at home and abroad and introduces innovations and research method of the dissertation.The first chapter is about basic theory of scientific party construction.It expounds the background of the research and points out the necessity and urgency of promoting scientific party construction.It discusses the development process of the idea of scientific party construction,including the ones varied from Marxist writers,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao to Xi Jinping through a series of exploration,enrichment,development and innovation in different times.This chapter also discusses the basic content of scientific party construction.The second chapter is about characteristics and criterion of scientific party construction in non-public enterprises in western China.Increasing emphasis from central government on party construction in non-public enterprises can be seen through reviewing the proposal and development of it at the beginning of the reform and opening up era,as well as exploration of its theory development under socialist economy market and in post-18th national congress days.Based on development characteristics of non-public enterprises in western China,this chapter discusses the main features of it,including regularity,orientation,comprehensiveness,development,regional and national characteristics.The discussion not only meets general requirement of party construction in non-public enterprise,but also the distinctive features and requirements of regional and national characteristics.It studies criteria of scientific party construction in western China.The third chapter analyzes the values of promoting the scientific party construction of the non-public enterprises in the western China in new era from four aspects,including promoting the healthy development of non-public enterprises to maintain social stability,strengthening the class force of the party in the western region to consolidate its class foundation,expanding the party's mass base to improve its credibility,and driving economic growth to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The fourth chapter elaborates the achievements made by and dilemmas facing the party construction in the non-public enterprises in the western region,by taking the case of Yulin.Yulin is not only a model city of booming non-public economy in Guangxi,but also a model city of party construction in non-public enterprises in Guangxi.Taking Yulin as the object of case study,through the questionnaires and interviews,this chapter conducts a monographic research on the scientific party construction of the non-public enterprises in Yulin,summarizes the practical exploration of it,points out the main dilemma of the construction of basic party organizations in the non-public enterprises and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter focuses on the approach exploration on the scientific party construction in non-public enterprises in western China.In order to solve the existing problems found in Yulin,this chapter clarifies the scientific orientation of the party organization' s function in the non-public enterprises in the western region according to political function,economic function,cultural function and social function.It also proposes approaches to prevent the marginalization of the basic organizations in non-public enterprises and the familization tendency in non-public enterprises' basic organizations,and strengthen the education and management of mobile party members in non-public enterprises to avoid the phenomenon of popularization.This thesis mainly adopts case study,theoretical analysis,comparative research and other research methods.Firstly,case study.It takes Yulin's vivid practice in party construction in non-public enterprises as a case study,and deeply discusses the scientific rules of party construction in non-public enterprises by applying social surveys and statistical analysis.Secondly,theoretical analysis.It sorts out the guiding ideology and scientific theory of party construction in non-public enterprises from the perspective of the history of theoretical development.Based on the analysis of the general theory of the scientific party construction,through the study of the principal contradictions of party construction in non-public enterprises in western China,it sums up the special rules of the scientific party construction in western China.Thirdly,comparative research.It makes a comparative study on the characteristics of non-public enterprises and theirs party construction between the western region where the economic and cultural development is relatively backward and the developed provinces to summarize the distinctiveness of party construction in non-public enterprises.The innovations of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,the innovation of the research perspective.It takes Yulin as the case study,based on the distinctiveness of the party construction in the non-public enterprises in the western China,to systematically think about the critical problems.Secondly,the innovation of research methods.It learns the research approaches from the political science,sociology,philosophy and other fields,and synthetically uses various specific research methods,such as empirical research,theoretical research,historical research and comparative research and so on.
