Study On The Construction Of Party Organizations In Non-public Enterprises

Non-public enterprise is an important force in the social market economy at the present stage in China.Under new situations and circumstances,to strengthen the construction of part organization in non-public enterprises is not only an import part of party building,but also inevitable requirement to enhance and consolidate the ruling foundation of party,which is essential to ensure the healthy development of non-public economy and complete the well-off society.However there are considerable problems existing in the construction of party organization,which is still far from the expected goal and effect.In this paper,the author studies party construction in Wanzhou District of Chongqing,by means of investigating effects of activities party organizations carry out,analyzing their funding and other statistic data.Based on the theoretical and practical level,it is essential to summarize successful experience,identify shortcomings,analyze the reason and put forward countermeasures.Through these studies we hope to explore the more scientific and effective management mechanism of party organization construction in non-public enterprises,which contributes to providing some valuable references and feasible suggestions for comprehensive promotion of party construction.At the same time,we should realize there is still a long way to go.
