achievements is attributed to adhering to the developing direction of Socialism,the market’s decisive role in the distribution of resource and the government’s effective macro-control.What important project that contemporary Marxism faces is about revealing the development experiences of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.The market economy system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has been established for nearly 20 years,and market is exposed to some new issues such as the enlarged gap between the rich and the poor and the serious environmental pollution.The subject matter facing the present times is how to give play to the superiority of Socialism on the one side and play the market’s decisive role in the distribution of resource on the other side.Marx is still not out of date,which can be proved from the fact that the financial crisis triggered by capitalist countries in 2007 leads to the systematic and wholesome economic crisis in the whole field of capitalist economy.There is a sharp contrast between the capitalist economic crisis throughout the world and the rapid growth of Chinese economy.China has explored a developing path with Chinese experiences,Chinese characteristics,Chinese tolerance,a path with promising party policy effective market.Besides,China’s success also lies in that the government dominates the macroscopic fields and
