In recent years,with the enhancement of China's overall national strength,its international status has also risen and it has gradually entered the center of the world stage.Chinese Communist Party has become a real big and strong party.These triggered a major discussion in the academic community about the issue of “why the party can".Based on the perspective of the people's position which meanings what we think and do by and for the people's need and interests,this article has made its own answer to this question,which is that the people's position is the fundamental political stance of Chinese Communist Party.Chinese Communist Party who established by insisting on people's stand,has also succeeded in initiating the cause of revolution,construction,and reform and opening up by insisting on this position.History has repeatedly proved that persevering in the people's position is the fundamental reason why Chinese Communist Party can turn back the powers of darkness,continue to move forward,and successfully respond to complex and volatile situations at home and abroad.The theory and practice of Chinese Communist Party's people position which is continuously developing,contain different connotations in different period.During the period of the New-democratic Revolution,when the party led people in the historical mission of national independence and people's liberation,a series of correct theories and practices of people's position were gradually formed.In terms of theory,the theories and practices includeMao Tse-tung's ideology of serving the people whole wholeheartedly.In practice aspect,the theories and practices include party's leadership,united front,party's building,agrarian revolution,people's war,and the base construction,etc.For these efforts,a stable and peaceful environment for the people's happiness has won.During the exploring period of socialist construction,Chinese Communist Party tried to find ways to construct socialist around economic enhancement.while the theory and practice of the people's position during this period showed the characteristics of the twists and turns.We have already established the basic system of socialism and opened up the pathways to combine the fundamental principles of Marxism with the specific situation of China.Since China's reform and opening up,after the hard exploration in the early days of the founding of People's Republic of China and the profound summary of the mistakes of “Cultural Revolution”,the Chinese Communist Party has found a basic line called“one center,two basic points”which leads the people to build socialism.With the guidance of this correct line,the Party's people's position theory has become more refined,gradually forming Deng Xiaoping's “Three Benefits” standard,Jiang Zemin's important thought of Three Represents,Hu Jintao's scientific concept on development and Xi Jinping's people-centered approach,and at the same time,the people's position that they are supporting is also more colorful.To be in power for a long time,a Marxist political party must have a certain political foundation,that is to firm people's position and be supported from the masses.In new era,The long-term governance goals of the Chinese Communist Party face many risks and challenges,such as ideology in the new situation,the deficiency of the party's interest integration Party,think about the future goal of the people's position,and put forward a practical approach to upholding the people's position in the future.It is expected that this paper will provide theoretical
