This paper makes a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth study of the Party's centralized educational activities since the reform and opening up.As a fine tradition and great initiative of the CPC to effectively strengthen its own construction,centralized education within the Party has always been an important means to solve the contradictions and problems within the Party at different stages of each historical period.Looking back on the history,looking back at the previous rectification campaigns since the founding of the Party and before the reform and opening up,the centralized education activities within the Party have played a special and important key role in strengthening and improving the Party's construction.According to the requirements of the development and changes of the situation and tasks in different times,the centralized education within the Party has been constantly improved,developed and innovated in practice.Since the reform and opening up,the centralized education within the Party has gradually realized the transition and transformation from the "movement mode" to the "activity mode".It has effectively promoted the solution of the problems existing in the Party's ideology,politics,organization,style of work and discipline.It is also a key move to promote the new great project of the Party's construction in the new era and to realize the Party's ruling mission.Practice shows that the centralized education activities within the Party since the reform and opening up are creative practices of the traditional theory of Party building,especially the Marxist theory of Party education.Therefore,under the background that the Party should govern the Party and promote the strict administration of the Party in an all-round way,it is helpful to deepen the content of the study of the Party's centralized educational activities,expand the vision and depth of the study of the Party's educational practice,and then enrich the achievements of the theoretical research on the Party's Governance in the new era.Based on the theory of Marxist Party building and the benign interaction between inner-party centralized educational activities and Party building,this paper reviews and analyses the theoretical basis,organization and implementation of activities and the effectiveness of activities since the reform and opening-up.While summing up the effective practices,it also looks for activities.The main problems and shortcomings in the process of carrying out the Party's centralized education are pointed out.In view of these outstanding problems,this paper puts forward some thoughts on optimizing and improving the Party's centralized education from the perspectives of history and reality,theory and practice,macro and micro,horizontal and vertical,subjective and objective,so as to serve the Party's inner education in the new era.Firstly,focusing on the necessity and importance of carrying out the activities,the paper comprehensively explores the main basis for carrying out the centralized education activities within the Party since the reform and opening up,which is the premise of the whole research.This paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research by combing the related research status at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for this study.Therefore,on the basis of defining the core concepts,the paper mainly explores the basis of the activities from the theoretical basis,historical tradition and realistic requirements.Focusing on the party's proletarian party characteristics,the party's unique political beliefs and value pursuit,proletarian party-related education theory and other dimensions,this paper focuses on the theoretical basis of the activities;at the same time,it combs the previous rectification campaigns before the reform and opening up comprehensively and systematically;and from the development and growth of the party organization,it puts forward the educational demands,the theme transformation of the times and social transformation.At the turn of the century,the development of domestic and international situation,the emergence of theoretical achievements of innovation in China,and the promotion of the new era comprehensively expound the realistic requirements for the activities to be carried out from the aspects of strictly governing the Party and so on.Secondly,aiming at the content,task,organization,implementation and progress of the previous centralized education activities within the Party since the reform and opening-up,this paper mainly combs and discusses them horizontally from the macro and meso levels,which is the main part of the paper.As a comprehensive means to strengthen the Party's construction,the centralized educational activities within the Party are focused on such dimensions as the comprehensive and thorough rectification of the Party,the strengthening of the ideological and theoretical armed forces of the Party,the strengthening of the mass line education of the Party,the strengthening of the education of the Party's ideals and beliefs,and the promotion of the Party's Party spirit and style education,so as to focus on the main contents and tasks of the previous activities since the reform and opening up.The corresponding representative individuals are analyzed.At the same time,the mobilization organization and implementation of centralized education activities within the Party are discussed based on the overall investigation of mobilization and initiation methods,organization and leadership strategies,principles,methods and steps of activities,as well as the new exploration,characteristics and evolution of the "activity mode" of centralized education within the Party.Thirdly,aiming at the problems and shortcomings of the inner-party centralized education activities,the paper studies the effectiveness of the inner-party centralized education activities since the reform and opening up,which is the key part of the paper.Based on the definition of the connotation and extension of activity effectiveness,this paper mainly analyses the main factors affecting activity effectiveness from the following aspects: grasping the timing of activity initiation,judging the main contradictions within the party,organizing and implementing activities,leadership and execution of the party organizations,impact of external factors on activities,and drawbacks of activities themselves.At the same time,the paper comprehensively summarizes and analyses the main achievements of the previous activities,some main problems and their manifestations,historical experience and lessons warning of the effectiveness of the activities,so as to further explore the effectiveness of the activities.Finally,the paper puts forward some thoughts on optimizing and improving the centralized education activities within the Party,which is the focus and difficulty of the paper.This paper mainly puts forward five suggestions to improve and enhance the centralized education activities in the Party.First,it proposes to strengthen the activities by innovating the theme setting of activities,expanding and enriching the content of activities,and optimizing the design of activity carriers.
