Research On Xi Jinping's Political Incentive Theory In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its leading core,has actively explored in theory and constantly innovated in the practice of governing the country,concreting a set of ideological system of governing the country with a complete system structure,clear logical hierarchy and wide cover of content.The ideology of the political system has been clearly articulated,marking the entry of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the 21 st century into a new realm.Xi Jinping's political incentive thought in the new era is an important part of his socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It has very important theoretical and practical significance in the present era.This thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.In this part,the background,significance,key and difficult points and research methods of Xi Jinping's political incentive thought in the new era are introduced.At the same time,the literature reviews both at home and abroad on incentive,political incentive and Xi Jinping's new era political incentive thought are sorted out,and the existing problems and shortcomings of the current theoretical research on the object of this thesis are analyzed.In this way,the necessity and scientific nature of this study are found out,paving the way for an in-depth study of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era.The second chapter is about the theoretical origin and inheritance of Xi Jinping's political incentive thought in the new era.This thesis deeply analyses the three theoretical origins of Xi Jinping's political incentive thought in the new era,namely,the political communication theory of Marxism-Leninism,the ancient political incentive theory of China and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,this thesis analyzes the main contents of Mao Zedong's political incentive thought,Deng Xiaoping's political incentive thought,Jiang Zemin's political incentive thought and Hu Jintao's political incentive thought,probing into the intrinsic relationship between each of them and Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era,and exploring the inheritance and innovation of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory.At the same time,in the end of this chapter,it summarizes the main characteristics of the political incentive ideas of successive leaders.The third chapter,the main contents of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era,is an important part of the thesis.By combing and dividing the important contents and paths of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era,Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era can be divided into four parts: The fundamental goal and visions of Xi Jinping's political incentives in the new era,which are mainly represented by "Chinese Dream";The basic thoughts and theory of Xi Jinping's political incentives in the new era,which are mainly represented by "Xi Jinping's socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics in the new era";The important field and object of Xi Jinping's political incentives in the new era,with "political ecological construction within the party" as the important field of the political incentives and “adolescents' ideal and belief education”as the important object of the political incentives;The micro-measures and embodiment of Xi Jinping's political incentives in the new era,which are mainly carried out through the strategic deployments of comprehensively building a well-off society,comprehensively administering the party,comprehensively deepening reforms,and comprehensively ruling the country according to main functions with political standards at all times.It has enriched and developed the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,clearly defined the direction and objectives of the development of the Communist Party of China,put forward and carried forward the plan and wisdom of China's political construction,and firmly pointed out the important significance of the determination and confidence of the masses in a better life,reflecting the wisdom and advanced experience of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era.The sixth chapter analyses the logical relationship between Xi Jinping's political motivation thought and ideological and political education in the new era,and highlights the guiding and leading role of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in the new era on China's ideological and political education.The spiritual core of Xi Jinping's political incentive theory in new era is the basic principle of the ideological and political outlook of this research.It looks forward to the further researches of important conclusions of this thesis,and makes a general analysis of the shortcomings of this research in order to make a long-term supplementary and perfect research based on this thesis.
