Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the New Era,and China's reform cause has also entered a new historical position.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the guiding ideology,goals,tasks,and major principles for comprehensively deepening reform,and officially launched the strategic deployment of China's comprehensively deepening reform.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to consolidating the consensus on reform,stating that"convergence of consensus is important.Without broad consensus,reform will not be able to proceed smoothly and achieve comprehensive success." The major contradictions in the New Era have changed,the social structure has undergone profound changes,and the interest pattern has been profoundly adjusted.The profound changes in ideas have made it more difficult to consolidate the consensus on comprehensively deepening reforms on the one hand,and on the other hand have put forward urgent requirements for doing a good job of consolidating the
