A Research On Internet Ideological Security

With the advent of the information network era,the main battlefield of ideology has also been quietly transferred to cyberspace.The network exists not only as a carrier of various ideologies,but also of a certain ideology itself.It is a becomingly urgent issue to be solved how to seize the discourse power of ideological leadership and management rights,and to maintain the security of China's network ideology.Through the analysis of the concept of network ideology,combining the complex situation faced by China's current network ideology security and the new characteristics of network ideology security threats,this dissertation proposes that the state of network ideology security refers to the influence,charisma,and competitiveness of mainstream ideology are not weakened,dissolved or lost in cyberspace.Network ideology security as a capability refers to the country's ability to keep its mainstream ideology free from threats in cyberspace.Through the analysis of the logical structure,interpretation framework and expression form of network ideology discourse,this dissertation analyzes the characteristics of perceptualization,fragmentation,commonness and popularization of network ideology discourse,and explores the cognitive mechanism of network ideology discourse from three aspects,namely,herd mentality,selective attention and group polarization.From the three aspects of media structure,public opinion subject and public opinion environment,the public opinion ecology of network ideology security is deeply analyzed.From the three aspects of network ideology public opinion generation mechanism,public opinion manipulation mechanism and public opinion guidance mechanism,this dissertation discusses the operational mechanism and internal laws of network ideology communication,and proposes strategies and methods for managing,guiding and manipulating network ideology public opinion.This dissertation deeply explores the countermeasures to maintain the security of China's network ideology.It proposes strengthening the management of cyberspace from the aspects of optimizing top-level design,perfecting and improving the leadership management system,and strengthening the construction of the network army team.It considers reconstructing the ecology of public opinion from the aspects of strengthening mainstream media,controlling emerging media and promoting media integration.It suggests to form online and offline concentric circles from the aspects of strengthening positive guidance,improving the morality of netizens,and improving media literacy.It puts forward the construction of mainstream ideological discourse system from the aspects of optimizing communication discourse,perfecting political discourse and innovating network discourse.It poses intelligent propaganda new strategies and new methods from the aspects of updating thinking concepts,controlling special group,and regulating media.It raises the application of innovative advanced technology methods from the aspects of building cloud service application system,developing and deploying network public opinion platform,and developing information communication technology.
