Research On The Ideological Risks And Prevention And Resolution Of Internet Populist Thought

The development and popularization of network technology not only creates a virtual network world with fast dissemination speed,strong interactivity and diversified subjects,but also brings opportunities for the relatively free threshold,anonymity and arbitrariness of information expression in the network environment for the breeding and spread of some nonmainstream social trends.At the same time,with the in-depth advancement of China’s social transformation,it is difficult to eradicate problems such as social class contradictions,the gap between the rich and the poor,and the solidification of interests,and gradually become the realistic soil for breeding various non-mainstream social trends.In this social context of technological empowerment,various non-mainstream social trends have appeared,especially the new form of traditional populism developed by means of network technology-network populism,which in recent years has often used the hot spots of network public opinion to become very popular,which has brought a serious negative impact on China’s ideological security construction.Therefore,sorting out and analyzing the relevant theories of the internet populist trend,discussing the ideological risks caused by them,and then deeply studying how to prevent and resolve their ideological risks have become the urgent tasks of China’s current ideological work.On the basis of combing the research results of previous generations,this paper analyzes the types of ideological risks induced by the internet populist trend,and proposes corresponding prevention and resolution countermeasures in a targeted manner.This article is divided into three chapters,excluding the introduction and conclusion.First of all,the concept of network populism is sorted out and defined,the theoretical propositions and essence of network populism are analyzed,and the types of expression of internet populism are explained from the three dimensions of national populism,cultural populism and political populism,and then from the ideological theory of Marx and Engels,Lenin’s discussion of Russian populism,The important expositions on ideological issues by the leaders of the Communist Party of China in three aspects have clarified the theoretical basis for preventing and defusing the ideological risks of online populist ideological trends.Secondly,the analysis of the ideological risk caused by the internet populist trend is mainly interpreted from four aspects:Impact the discourse power of mainstream ideologies in cyberspace,scattering the national spirit,disrupting the ethical and moral order of cyberspace,and inducing a bad social mentality.Finally,the ideological risk prevention and mitigation measures of the internet populist trend are discussed.Based on the analysis of the ideological risks caused by the internet populist trend,targeted five countermeasures to prevent and resolve them have been put forward:strengthen the leading role of mainstream thinking,build an ideological defense line for ideological governance in cyberspace;based on the demands of netizens and eliminate the actual root causes of populist ideological trends;promote netizen literacy education,shape rational subjects in cyberspace,strengthen the guidance of online public opinion,and purify cyberspace;highlight institutional constraints and technical governance,and build hard guarantees.
