Research On Rural Ideological And Political Work In The Process Of Building A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

Living in a sustainable moderately prosperous society has been the yearning of the Chinese people from everlasting,and the realization of the people's longing for a better life has always been the goal of the Chinese Communist Party to continue to fight for.Since Comrade Deng Xiaoping first explained the Chinese-style modernization with "moderately prosperous society" at the beginning of reform and opening up,our party has always been holding on to the goal of building a moderately prosperous society,and once and for all,one after another,to make the grand blueprint of building a moderately prosperous society come true.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated the grand goal of achieving building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the year of 2020.It not only maintains the continuity of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society,but also has a clearer policy orientation,focus more on development challenges,as well as meeting the new requirements of the will of the people.To build a moderately prosperous society in all respects,what is more important and more difficult is how to achieve it "in all respects." The key points and difficulties in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects are in rural areas.The issue of “agriculture,rural areas and rural people” is the biggest shortcoming in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Without a moderately prosperous society in the countryside,there would be no moderately prosperous society in the country.Without a moderately prosperous peasant,there would be no moderately prosperous of all people.The Communist Party of China always regards the work of“agriculture,rural areas and rural people” as the top priority.Major strategic initiatives such as socialist new rural construction,integration of urban and rural development,and rural revitalization have continuously promoted the process of building a moderately prosperous society in rural areas and made remarkable achievements.Ideological and political work is an important political advantage and fine tradition of the Chinese Communist Party,and a "lifeline" for all economic work.The grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects still need the people to achieve it.To build a moderately prosperous society and achieve the general requirements of “prosperous industry,ecologically livable,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life” in rural areas need not only the party's policy of strong farmers,rich farmers andbenefiting farmers,but also the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the broad masses of peasants.In order to solve various problems encountered in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the rural areas must first do a good job in ideological and political work,improve the quality of farmers,and adapt them to the requirements of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Under the new historical conditions,strengthening and improving rural ideological and political work is of great practical significance for promoting the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,cultivating high-quality new farmers,and promoting the development of rural modernization.Based on the development history of the construction of a moderately prosperous society,this article takes the overall situation of China's rural ideological and political work as the starting point,using the promotion of the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society in rural areas and the improvement of the ideological and political quality of rural party members and cadres as a discussion point.Based on the historical experience of the ideological and political work and the existing research results,using methods such as literature research,case studies,the integration of logic and history,etc.,in terms of the main characteristics of China's agricultural and rural areas and the actual situation of the working objects,to take a comprehensive and all-level research on the issue of rural ideological and political work,in a hope of helping to improve the pertinence,forward-looking and effectiveness of rural ideological and political work in China.The introduction part of this paper sorts out and reviews the current research status of rural ideological and political work,and introduces the background,research ideas,research methods and innovations.The content of the thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the basic connotation and characteristics of building a moderately prosperous society and rural ideological and political work.Based on this,it analyzes the status and role of rural ideological and political work in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation.It mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the rural ideological and political work in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It includes the relevant expositions of the Marxist classic writers on the ideological and political education of the peasants,generations of Chinese Communist Party's leaders' ideas of peasant ideological and political education during the period of the revolution and the construction period,especially the important exposition of Xi Jinping's rural ideological and political work in the new era.The third chapter is a historical review,which mainly reviews the development process of rural ideological and political work since the reform and opening up.Through the initial stage of building a moderately prosperous society,the period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the social background of the period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the task and requirements of rural ideological and political work,and the combing of rural ideological and political work in various periods,to provide a historical basis for the study of this paper.The fourth chapter is the current situation,mainly taking the Jizhou District of Tianjin as an example,summarizes the progress that has been made in rural ideological and political work,finds out the main problems and analyzes their main reasons.The fifth chapter is about cognitive strategies.It mainly proposes the cognitive path of strengthening rural ideological and political work in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,which is raising the awareness of the importance of rural ideological and political work in leading cadres,ideological and political workers,and farmers,to clarify the goals and principles of the rural ideological politics work.The sixth chapter is about the practical strategy,which mainly proposes the practical path of strengthening rural ideological and political work in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,that is,enriching the work content,innovating the work carrier,improving the working mechanism,improving the quality of the team,and building the social environment.
