A Study On The Thoughts Of State Governance In The West

The western state governance thought mainly refers to the various theories and viewpoint systems of the reverse management that the western modern countries use the dynamic mechanism to promote the equality between the state and non-state subjects in order to promote the cooperation in the future.It relies on the vigorous development of governance paradigm,but mainly condenses in the reflection of the reconstruction of state capacity in the reality of complexity and uncertainty.It has become the public action program of western state governance thought since the second half of the 20 th century.In short,western theories and viewpoints of state governance have gradually formed a system with ideological structure,hierarchy and characteristics in the process of development.It mainly focuses on “who” “how” and “why” to show the logical starting point,premise hypothesis,logical relationship,cognitive law and logical purpose of state governance.At the same time,it gives more complete consideration from management ontology,management methodology,management epistemology and management value theory.Secondly,it has certain cognitive value and practical value because of its ideological characteristics of systematization,inspiration,regularity prediction and futurism.Specifically,on the basis of trying to define the basic concepts and domains,this study first grasps the two joint points of governance subject and governance behavior from the content of western state governance thought.Systematically and comprehensively this paper combs and interprets “the concept of equal participation”,“the concept of cooperation” and “the concept of reverse management” as the extraction and refinement of the core of western state governance thought sublimation.By combing the historical process of the development of western state governance theory and concept,this paper analyzes the ideological structure,level,characteristics and value of western state governance theory and concept.Finally,on the basis of revealing the internal contradictions and practical difficulties of western state governance thought,this study reveals the beneficial enlightenment of relationship management,mechanism management,principle management and governance thinking mode.To some extent,it has a certain reference significance for the modernization of state governance in China,and gives the corresponding academic ideas.
