Under the ecological perspective,the professional development of teachers in colleges is based on the characteristics of the professional development.The essay analyzes the relationship between teachers and the ecological environment and teachers by using the basic principles of ecology,then to study the relationship between the professional development and the environment,the policy and the system in the education in a whole,dynamic and sustainable ecological way,and to study how to make constructive and targeted recommendations and solutions in a better way from these perspectives.This study takes the professional development of college teachers as the focus,and put the sustainable development,lifelong development and comprehensive development of teachers into the concept of integration,aiming at the symbiotic harmony,highlighting the multidimensional value of the professional development of teachers,and is important to cultivate the internal quality positively with the goal of improving the overall development of teachers.Thus,a professional development theory could be constructed which has a unique structure to adapt to economic,political and culture development.Through the use of the theory of ecological balance in the process of teacher development,the new order consisting of teachers and people,teachers and environment,teachers and social harmonious development could be reached,which is helpful to create a harmonious,stable,and balanced campus culture atmosphere,to establish a teachers team which is suitable to the college development and to have a certain theoretical and practical significance in the formation of the concept of professional values of teachers.This paper uses the method of literature,investigation,data and case analysis,combining the ecological theory and the practice of professional development of teachers from the perspective of educational ecology.According to the characteristics of ecological system,integrity,balance,symbiosis,innovation,development and so on,the three elements of professional development containing teachers,professional knowledge,professional skills and moral realm,are observed in the system of contact,competition,balance and symbiotic observation dimensions to explore he link and connotation among the three elements above.Based on the concept of ecological perspective,this paper uses the concept of ecological system connection,competitive development and balanced symbiosis to observe the current situation of professional development of teachers in colleges.It is found that there is an isolation of academic circles leading to the imbalance of professional knowledge,the weak ecological bearing capacity leading to professional skills demerits and moral inequality leading to the realm of teachers and morals being uneven and several "ecological imbalance" of the status quo.Through the introduction of each creature,we need to occupy a niche due to the difference of time and space in the ecosystem,therefore to explore the relationship between teachers' professional development in order to find their own development niche,and to the interrelations among teachers,it should be mutually using their own advantages to develop rather than to compete within the same environment,and it can also be seen that in the ecosystem environment of teachers professional development,the competition is not fierce,on the contrary,the competition is fierce.For another level,it may be more able to maintain the relationship between each other during the competition.Each ecological factor in the whole system seeks its own living environment and stimulates the inner environment and interwork with each other in the view of contact,and to promote the professional development of teachers as a whole.Through the interview of 20 teachers with different tittles and different ages in five colleges and universities,it is found that competition as the internal force in teachers' professional development,enhancement as the external power of teacher's professional development,thus for the teachers'professional development,the dynamic mechanism is to promote the interaction between several elements which can achieve the function,and also the sum of teachers in the professional development process,to achieve a variety of functions,structure and improve the conditions,and also to achieve the mutual function between internal and external environment.The evolution of positive and negative power,the linkage of power profit and loss and the variation of increase and decrease of power,all these laws should be obeyed during the teachers' professional development.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of 600 teachers in five colleges and universities,it is putting forward that the balance symbiosis as the target appeal of teachers'professional ecological development,while the external environment of education,the internal aspects of the education system are in a network intertwined with each other,thus teachers are inseparable from the surrounding environment with the support of material and energy,teachers need to integrate and make good use of all the resources,which requires the full and effective use of the resources owned by the school,the resources of the community and the resources of the family,to build and promote the professional development platform for teachers,to balance the extension value of the teachers as 'social' and the self-need to meet the perfect connotation of the endogenous value of life,finally achieve the symbiotic purpose of the win-win situation,co-existence,.and common prosperity of teachers and school,society and their own.In order to further explore the ecological balance of the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities,it is proposed to promote professional knowledge to promote professional knowledge,to find the sense of professional value to promote the professional ethics and to enhance the ecological self-promotion of teachers and deeds to promote the three elements of view in the professional ecological development.It also constructs the evaluation system basis on 'three three four' model at the same time,which is the static model from the perspective of society,colleges and teachers,the dynamic ternary evaluation model with the index of system linkage,competition development and balance symbiosis,and the four-dimensional evaluation model base on balanced scorecard.In this paper,the innovations are embodied in those points:1.Put forward theecological development of the concept of teacher's professional development.THIS concept system reflects the teachers should explore the characteristics of teachers'professional ecological development from the 'system of view,the concept of competitive development and balanced symbiosis',the three observation points in a ecological perspective;and seize the relationship and interaction of the professional development of teachers,professional skills and morality in three observation points.2.Construct the 'three three four' evaluation model of professional ecological development of college teachers.That is the static model from the perspective of society,colleges and teachers,the dynamic ternary evaluation model with the index of system linkage,competition development and balance symbiosis,and the four-dimensional evaluation model base on balanced scorecard.
