It will become more important in preschool education with the development of preschool. The quality level of teacher staff is not only the key to teaching quality of the preschool, but also it,s existence and development. The high quality of teacher's team is the precondition of high quality preschool, Therefore, The concern for the development of preschool teacher's professional development ,To promote the preschool teacher's professional development , improve the professional quality of preschool teachers has become the modern field of early childhood education a hot issue .It is of significance both in theory and in practice.The research on teachers is mainly carried out in pedagogic field for a long time. Obviously it will be limited in the aspects of professional accomplishment and the structure of knowledge because of the unitary research ken. But teachers work is a representative process about the mutuality affect and the interacting between persons, between person and the environment. To study and solve the complicated problem met by the teacher during the development process, we must exceed the limitation of unitary mode of thinking and utilize the effect from other subjects. Ecology is a science studying living things and their environment. It provides one kind of new view angle and effective implement. The essay takes the value of ecology and the ecological principles and methods into account, taking the ecology mode of thought, using the methodology of entirety, system, balance, development as implement, using a series of ecological phenomenon to discuss teachers'development.Referenced on the theory of previous research on teachers, professional development, based on the policy background which develops preschool education enterprise, Take the Ecology as the basis research perspective, Finds out the present conditions of preschool teacher's professional development, analysis the factor of preschool teacher's professional development, approaches the efficacious tactics of preschool teacher's professional development from the ecology's point views and methods. This dissertation consists of five parts: Part one, Introduction. It elaborates the reasons, present situation, thoughts and methods. Part two, Ecology and preschool teacher professional development outlined. Draw on the basic principles of ecology and methods and has been on the professional development of teachers related to the theoretical study, we clarify teacher professional development of the concept of awareness, and from the ecology visual angle treats the preschool teachers'professional development. It is also an ecology unit composed by preschool teachers and their environment and a dynamic process consisting of individual development, professional growth and the change of the relationship with others. Part three, the preschool teachers'development of ecological environment present situation and question on the basis of the preschool teacher professional development related empirical studies summarize and describes the presentation of the preschool teachers'ecological crisis: the Lower social status, too high actuating pressure of teachers, teacher occupation languorous and the low accepting feeling of occupation. It analyses that the causes of the ecological crisis are such factors as the negative traction of Traditional Culture, excess load for preschool teacher, president and school manage style, school organization culture etc. Part four, analyzes the present conditions of preschool teachers'professional development. Private analysis on specific constraints preschool teacher professional development of the ecological environment, and explore in-depth professional development of teachers lead to the reasons for the imbalance. That the environment of preschool teachers is a complicated environment compounded by the natural world, society and norminlay, and the preschool environment is the main part of it. Part five, dissects the peculiarities of the preschool teachers'professional development. The author has brought forward the fundamental tactics resolving the ecological of the preschool teachers, to promote the sustainable development of effective strategies of preschool teacher. First it should establish the ecological ideology which takes the harmony between human being and the nature as core value. We should dispel these restricting factors, Integration and Optimization of professional development of teachers in early childhood education system environment, build out a green environment for preschool teachers. At the same time, mobilize the teachers as the main positive ecological initiative to allow for self-education self-development, in order to effectively promote the professional development of teachers to make recommendations.
