The Formulation Of Criteria For Selecting Young Basketball Players In China

The research of athlete selection is a theoretical project which integrates the process of experience judgment,data test,law exploration and evaluation presentation.The theory of sports selection in China has gradually practiced a mature academic theory system based on the interdisciplinary integration of multi disciplines.By using the method of literature,it is concluded that the research of material selection for young basketball players in China has distinct theoretical paradigm characteristics,and the establishment of athletes selection index system and the development of standards are the mainstream paradigms of current athlete selection theory.The theory of logic by the general movement of material combing,combined with the characteristics of the time of basketball sports,for every 2015-2016 years of our country occupation basketball talents in some provinces and cities,and sports teams,the team high school level more than 70 teams,a total of 889 men and women basketball athletes tested.The total evaluation index of the test was 20.The process of making scientific selection criteria for young basketball players in China is studied by expert interview,field test and mathematical statistics.In order to accurately describe the classification and characteristics of competitive ability of Chinese youth basketball players,trying to update and the construction of our outstanding basketball athlete selection index system and evaluation criteria,establish the target system for youth basketball athlete athletics ability development,on the basis of theoretical reference and training and training and selection of scientific,effective and feasible in peacetime.Conclusions and suggestions:(1)According to gender and bone age,the structural characteristics of junior basketball players' competitive ability can be divided into groups according to group structure and group comparison.They are divided into 12-15 years old group,16-17 years old group and youth group,and youth group is divided into three positions: guard,forward and center.(2)Identified 14 quantifiable objective indicators that can reflect the competitive characteristics of elite young basketball players in China.(3)According to the gender and age,it is divided into 4 categories of selection indicators,which are 13 juvenile men,11 young women,12 young men and 12 women in the youth group.(4)According to the idea of selecting material and material,following the principles of scientific,objective and operable selection,the steps and procedures of general selection,coarse selection and selection are put forward,and the research and development direction of the depth fusion with the content of the body and the visualization of data and information is put forward.
